What kind of American food do Poles like most?

was a status symbol

You'll find that they (and especially MaccyD's) tend in Poland to be a bit cleaner and less full of dog rough people and fùck-awful screaming kids than they are in a lot of places, largely due to the prices and relative disposable income levels.

In a lot of places they are dog rough and the food of course is nasty.

Plus, every time you go to one, you're giving money to anonymous shareholders in trumpland/West r*SSia/South/Canada. Better to support European companies.
And

And.... only poor ppl eat at McDonalds so enjoy your Big Mac today. If you don't want to send money to the west, stop buying weapons from us.

Youre not American or Polish so your opinion is totally useless on this thread.

The only time I ate at McDonalds in the US was while travelling. You might not like it but you know what you're gonna get while trying something local might be great or horrible. But I left the US before chains took up everything... do small local places even still exist?

@ mafketis

Not only exist by the millions but thrive; you only need to drop snobbish attitudes, get off the tourist-infected tracts, and discover real Americans.
Not long ago, Milo, whom I like, well, maybe tolerate, foolishly declared that somewhere in Ireland's coastal area I served the world's best seafood, .
Nothing against Irish seafood, but God, how sacrilegious of a statement.Milo, did you ever frequent the bask waters of the Connecticut coast, mainly Niantic
and the restaurant only natives know about it, and ordered a combo plater from Haven. Have you ever visited Barrier Islands and ordered soft shell crab, or fresh shrimp straight from the boat and a boiled five-pound portion of the delicacy, or the bushel of blue crabs? How about the combo of lobsters from a street-side vendor
on Desert Island in Maine. So Milo, if you ever do, then we can discuss the world's best seafood.

They certainly do but you have to avoid tourist infection like plague; in my previous post I forgat to mention, without a doubt, the world's best-stuffed flounder
I discovered in the Cape Hetteres, in the back alley restaurant with the floor so warped you were lucky not to fall and twist your ankle. Oh, the flounder was stuffed to the gills with crab meat.

I was born and raised in the US and have spent plenty of time in a number of states far away from tourist-infect tracts.

drop snobbish attitudes

What's with the curiously aggrieved tone?

stop buying weapons from us.

It's slowly dawning on you.

And Jack Daniel's has just fired 650 workers. They used to sell it to Canadian distributors on sale or return so of course it's all been returned.

Perhaps some of the investors who've been getting g rich of them will share the money they've been raking in with the fired employees.

Good for Canada

You might not like it but you know what you're gonna

I always have one at a Middle Eastern airport while coming out of Africa. Only a few days, though this time I might go somewhere else. Its a big airport and there's lots of choice. They're fairly vulnerable having so many sites in places where there's competition.

Youre not American or Polish so your opinion is totally

Well...

Maf, I was not talking about you; I was talking to Milo after his comment about Irish seafood being the best in the world. So, the aggravated tone is justifiable.
I could write a book about my seafood adventures. I am a connoisseur and a lover of seafood. Moments ago, I finished eating my dinner of 20 butterfly shrimp
as a main course.

The deer around here are relatively healthy, but I seriously consider the possibility that the parasites are consuming remaining part of your brain

Coca-Cola?

Nasty stuff.

I notice that in Germany people drink another local brand. Much better to do that than enrich American shareholders.

yes it is. Also, in the Southern US it's used as a generic term for any sweet carbonated beverage so you can hear people say things like: "What kind o' coke you want, Pepsi, 7up or Orange??

Nasty stuff.

Hasn't been the same since they took the cocaine out of it....

"What kind o' coke you want, Pepsi, 7up or Orange??

Sort of the opposite of Poland.

In fast food places they used to say "Pepsi, Fanta, Sprite?" and if you said "cola", they'd reply "nie ma coli, jest Pepsi, Fanta, Sprite".

Hasn't been the same since they took the cocaine out of it....

I wonder if anyone's tried putting it back in.

Sounds better than necking Vitamins B & C before walking into a roomful of people expecting to be entertained as well as trained. After all, prretty well every game show host pops backstage a couple of times during a recording and comes back dabbing their nose.
