Well we have same interest as him tho, we would like hard-working Poles (any hardworking people to be honest, but it's easiest to communicate with those of similar communication skills and traditions)

...that's true, but Poles belong to the white race and racism against the white race is very common and usually widely accepted because "they (i.e. whites) have it better anyway". Moreover, there is racism against white race subgroups, e.g. against Poles and here Milo has right.
