Applying for Karta Polaka in the UK - worrying about the Polish language

Hi, I am planning to get Karta Polaka in the UK - London or Manchester Embassy. My grandfather is Polish, so shouldn't be a problem. However, I am a bit worried about the language. I know basics but not fluent for sure. If anyone was getting Karta Polaka in the UK, please describe what questions they asked and which level of language knowledge am I supposed to have? Is it strict? Also, which documents did you provide and were they in English or Polish? Did you fill in any form? Thanks!

You're not eligible for it. It's only for those that don't have the right to live/work in Poland and who are citizens of ex-USSR states.

The card essentially exists to provide easier access to Poland to those that cannot benefit from EU citizenship - for instance, Polish-Ukrainians living in Western Ukraine or Polish-Latvian non-citizens
