What 'hoops' do you personally have to jump through?
I will give you a few examples:
At the moment they are discussing to make gender affirming surgeries fully covered by the states/ feds. $330K a pop. I'm absolutely not willing to finance that with my tax dollars because it drives up healthcare costs big time. Especially the aftercare.
Many public colleges are forced to provide "safe spaces" for alphabet and trans people and also offer mental health services. Tuition increases, which directly affects my wallet. If these people want special treatment, fine, but then pay for it yourself.
Nowadays you have to be really careful how to address people. They/them, he/him, zi/zir, it/its, she/her, xe/xem, and so on. Very tiring, and I really don't understand what the purpose of this BS is. If I cannot even be sure how somebody wants to be addressed, if a male is a female, a female is a male, and men cannot tip a woman from behind on the shoulder without getting into legal trouble, then a communication breakdown will happen. I don't want that for my country, and I'm certainly not willing to ask for a pronoun first before I'm allowed to start a conversation. If anyone has an issue issue with that, bad luck.
If I have to walk on a tightrope every time I want to talk to someone, then I might as well just text. Which is happening already amongst the teens here. Psychological issues are massively on the rise, and I don't need a tiny minority of transgender people to amplify the problem out of pure selfishness. The same is true for all the different flavors of alphabet people. They are an unbearibly loud minority which demands special treatment everywhere.
Don't underestimate the mood of the general population on this topic. There will be a boiling point reached very soon, and if these groups are not very careful they might all end up in some camp in the desert. Think that's impossible? Look at the history of the Japanese-Americans. Think you will not be impacted by this? Think again, because all social movements coming from the US will usually arrive in Europe after 3 to 4 years. All it takes is one populist like DeSantis or Trump.
They aren't a thing in Poland.
Consider yourself lucky.
