She had hormone replacement therapy, started to live as a six-year-old girl and met a polygamous couple, Adrian and Serena, who became "mommy and daddy'".

Stefonknee explained: "He (Adrian) found me on a fetish website. We went out for lunch and hit it off really well."

Adrian introduced Stefonknee to his wife Serena and they soon established their unconventional dynamic.

Stefonknee said she decided to identify as a young girl because she wasn't able to at that age.



In addition, she said "age play" had also helped her cope with the anguish of being arrested and jailed - although she would not disclose the offence this related to.

She added: "I would call them 'mommy' and 'daddy' and I was able to because there was a lot of stress in my life."

At certain points, Stefonknee has "digressed" to being six-years-old for up to 50% of the time. Now, it can be as little as 10%.



She still performs adult tasks such as driving and drinking coffee, but when in active age play, she does as her 'parents' say.
