But nonetheless you the purpose and utility can be surmised..... the pictures I posted are created by scraping a large portion of skin from the arm or leg (it doens't grow back) and creates an hommage to a phallus... that does not get erect (though it can be inflated in order mimic one or have erotic sensation... though if the c|itoris is left sexual sensation is still possible... oh and the whole process is subject to all sorts of complications which require extra surgery....

I'd guess that breast enlargement surgery is gory enough if you watch the op. Nevertheless, nobody forces you to have that or gender reassignment either.
