I've seen a Christopher Street Day in Cologne once, and early in the evening the participants -- mostly the hairy leather types -- started to make out in the street right in front of families with kids. And I'm not talking about a harmless smooch. Pretty disgusting.


Maybe not in Poland anymore, but GB, Germany and France are well-known for that kind of "civilized" behavior nowadays.

So what. People kiss and cuddle and you'll see a lot more on German TV than you'll ever see on the street. They aren't prudish there. It's hard to know why you mention kids at all. Here in Europe people are far less inhibited about what's on daytime TV.


It's very safe. In decades there I've never personally come across a stabbing incident and only one shooting incident. That was an American criminal who'd obtained a gun illegally, shot a policeman since he was stopped at traffic lights and knew the gun would be found, panicked and went on the run. He's fortunately now rotting in prison for the rest of his life.

That's a failure of sports organisations to respond to a new form of sports cheating rather than the fault of trans people in general.

Besides not being a good idea, it violates Title IX which was specifically created to protect women in sports.
Still, nobody up there dares to say it... As I said, this level of fear and insanity was never my experience in "communist" Poland.

The declining fear of LGBT+ people is however a very positive change.

And 1000 retired clerks in the suburbs who make choking noises and go red in the face when they say the word "woke" would have lower blood pressure.

Wow, they must really be interested in women's sports. But.... Not one of those posters has commented in the World Cup thread about today's World Cup Final.
