Learning TV directing in Poland?

I want to study for becomming a TV director and do TV commercials. What unis offer that?

All the polish film schools in poland are rubbish and dirty. Try czech one.

I could try Czech but they are all in Prague. I'd rather live in Western or Southern Bohemia, Linz Austria or Eastern Bavaria instead.

The Polish equivalent of Hollywood is "HollyLODZ" because it's cheap to produce there.
