Sentimental values considered by Poles when moving into a new rental home

Excited to meet you all. I would like to understand what sort of sentiments or certain values, Poles will look at when moving to a new rental home. Certain queries I have are, will they prefer only if it is a relatively new construction may be those constructed after the 1980s or 2000s. What is the sentiment or general thinking when the construction period is very old like from the 18th or early 19th century? Will it raise an eyebrow or just fine as far sentiments and values are concerned when moving on to a living place that has been there for a really long period of time when moving with a family. Please share your views on this topic.

It's up to an individual. To me a reliable renal home without the need to do repairs is much more valuable than a sentimental or historical building that leaks from the roof or where heating doesn't work. Location is equally important.
