A low cost rural residential property in Poland purchase by a Non-EU national

I am from a non EU country in Asia and am interested in purchasing a low cost rural residential property in Poland. Can some one guide me in this matter.?

Also does a buyer of low cost property in Poland can get a resident permit from polish govt?
