I have inherited a nice house in Nysa that I would like to sell. I live in Denmark and have very limited Polish language skills.
In Denmark it is normal practice to contact three brokers, show them the house, let them explain how they can sell the house, at what price and costs. Is it done completely different in Poland?
I have tried contacting four local brokers in Nysa by e-mail written in Polish.
Only got one reply with a contract that I apparently have to sign before they look at the house? That cannot be right?
Apreciate any advice
