Advice needed on selling a house in Nysa, brokers in Poland

I have inherited a nice house in Nysa that I would like to sell. I live in Denmark and have very limited Polish language skills.

In Denmark it is normal practice to contact three brokers, show them the house, let them explain how they can sell the house, at what price and costs. Is it done completely different in Poland?

I have tried contacting four local brokers in Nysa by e-mail written in Polish.
Only got one reply with a contract that I apparently have to sign before they look at the house? That cannot be right?

Apreciate any advice

Sound crazy, doesn't it? A lot of these people want you to sign a contract whereby they have the exclusive right to sell the property. In this way, you can't later come to a private arrangement with an interested party that they have found and thereby avoid the agent's fees. I can understand where they're coming from, but it makes it difficult for you to register with multiple agents. Sorry, I don't know the answer to this.

Hello, I'm a RE broker in Chicago doing business in Nysa since my company is international. Pls feel free to reach out if any of you still have some property to sell.
