Both are mostly tall and blonde. And have hot women and chilly winters. Both are perhaps reserved.

What a fantastic combination. but I would suggest you include hot men , we don't like to exclude on this forum.

Which of the two are friendlier?

Swedes are more moderate/polite - not many of them are particularly friendly, but also not many are outright unfriendly. Variations are bigger among Poles. It is easier to find a genuinely friendly Pole imho. I lived in both countries for about 5 years.

Or how about Sweden LOL

Swedes also used to be very aggressive due to the lack of sunshine - we still remember what they did in Poland.

That was nothing since what they did to Poland left no permanent scars. Actually, without them, there would be no Potop.
What these a-holes did to themselves is irreversible. A century from now their women will be paying for their woke leftist stupidity.

What a ridiculous thing to say..... moronic, in fact.

Unfortunately, it did. Do you know that most valuable exhibits in Swedish museums are of Polish origin?

And they destroyed a few outstanding places. E.g., this Crossaxe fortified palace where horses were kept in luxurious stables tiled with Ventian mirrors:
