Ukranians are not vicious rapists and drunkards. Latin americans in Spain have turned otherwise safe cities into no go ********* loaded with violent crimes. Even in small Spanish towns old people wont leave their doors open during hot summer nights like they used to due to increasing number of burglars. There is no justice in that by any means.

Because Spain wasn't under the soviet boot for a better part of the 20 century. Took not part in the WWII.
So it could develop naturally while Poland couldn't.
Poland has been ruled by the soviet clique till about 2000 and 20 years is not enough to shake it off with a shrug without major shift in power on a deeper level; than political election.
