"What is a woman" was asked during a Senate hearing for the USSC. You know it since you live here.
So the question is very intelligent. The problem here is that you are a leftist evasive weasel.

who couldn't define a woman

There are laws of nature and laws made by humans. It is the law of nature that females give birth to offspring, the law of humans is that females can become males. Interestingly, in some cases in nature, individuals may actually be bisexual, but only if it serves to preserve the species.

There is no such law so you are lying. Only trans freaks. If there is such a law, name it.

If there was such a law, you could claim that you are a Chinese 16-year-old girl.

Are we back to "What is a fetus?", Rich?

A "fetus" is a human being before birth.

What is a woman?

Can someone explain this afera grunta to me,

Many years ago, two dudes in Warsaw were loudly advertising their services, they claimed that for the right price, they changed the classification of land.

( the point of that classification is such that if you have some land that is classified as farming land you can sell it to a developer to build some houses there, first, you need to change its classifications, and is a time-consuming bureaucratic process).

Meaning they had some people in high places in the gov. In other words corruption, brazen corruption.
They got them and put them in prison I think.
However, at the time, Andrzej Leper was a minister in the PiS government ( his party had some coalition with PiS...doesn't matter) J Kaczynski did like the fact they had him as a minister and was looking for ways to get read of him, so he had his people to look for some ways to connect Leper with that corruptive practice about land classification ( land - grunt hence it's called 'afera gruntowa').

Kaczynski people used or tried to use gov agencies to look like Leper was implicated, it all blew up in the PiS face and they lost an election. Simple!

--------

why PO wants to put the heads of CBA in jail?

Those are the same people who illegally tried to use agencies against Leper doing J Kaczynski's bidding. The big hallo is they received a Presidential pardon that long time ago and now the PO and people in court who are politically siding with the PO are making a big song and dance about it saying that Presidential veto doesn't work as it says it works and so on, big legislative, Constitutional crisis...

The crux of the matter is that PO wants PiS to take a hit by all means necessary as this is not a big deal. After all, nothing happened to anyone and PiS had already paid a political price for that. #Tusk and his crew are nasty c.nts.

Do you get it now?

Do you get it now?

I kinda get it.

Andrzej Leper was a minister in the PiS governmen

It was a government of convenience to take power form the leftists. It did not last long.

You cannot deny Leper was very closely linked with the post-communist mafia infiltrated in top levels by the russians and FSB. That's why they assassinated him in the end . Does any idiot on this forum believe it was suicide?> if so u are a 100 percent debil. He knew a lot, that's why he had to hang, or jump. Ruskis don't care how you do it just maintain plausible deniability. . Just like Tusk chief advisor just b4 Smolensk. Of course that was a suicide too, LOLZO

It did not last long

And very good too. There was a big turnout to get rid of PiS/LPR/SO

That's why they assassinated him in the end

Massive debts and his clinical depression killed him.

Is free speech intrinsic / inborn, or it is a right given by a government / Constitution? For example, if a new Polish or EU president says that freedom of speech is invalid, is it really invalid?

Of course it's inborn.

We are opening up questions settled 200 years ago just because some morons took over the US ?

I was asking because soon the US will require all travelers to the US to reveal their social media posts. MAGA morons will defend this nonsense by arguing that free speech is free only because an American bureaucrat signed it into law.

All tourists to the United States would have to reveal their social media activity from the last five years, under new Trump administration plans.

Interesting - but it will be a classic TACO brain fart that will only last a few weeks

Big Tech will complain and Golden Cow will back down

1. Travelers have no right to come here. We can discriminate any way we want.

2. Would you invite anyone who said: Let's kill Ron as your guest?

We have this weird aversion to the motherfvckers who posted: Death to America!

Big Tech will complain and Golden Cow will back down

That's what he does way too often.

We can discriminate any way we want.

So you confirm that freedom of speech (just like the US constitution) can be discriminated against and can mean sh*t depending on circumstances? That's not what Poland stands for, but other countries and Democrats you seem to hate apparently do.

Would you invite anyone who said: Let's kill Ron as your guest?

What if Ron thinks about it, but never posts it. Why typing in your thoughts becomes a crime as opposed to not typing it in?

We have this weird aversion

Based on this reasoning, you should never be allowed back to Poland because it would be easy to provide written evidence you are not fit to be in Poland ever again.

I agree with everything you wrote.

Happy now?
