Time to clean the swamp - dePiSification of Poland

Do you also support the leftist idea of a tax of up to 75%?

No, I don`t. But don `t count your chickens yet. We can discuss such taxes when there is a plan to introduce them so the discussion is senseless right now coz there is no such will, let alone a plan.

Besides, let me remind you, PiS exploited a lot of leftist ideas and ideals in economy during their rule. The opposition`s Left wing will never beat those rightists.

You're far far more likely to find that on the right.

Exactly.

let workers be workers

Okay, I agree, fu*ck those IT specialists in corpo, doctors in hospitals, or some *spits on the ground* paramedics. If they want to make money, let them go abroad, we, Poles, who care about our public good, despise taking care of ourselves and entrepreneurship. No opportunities to take better care of yourself! Everyone should have exactly the same, let's equalize everyone - but only down!

Okay, I agree, fu*ck those

Why "f*ck" them? Capitalism does that already.

Why not scrap hokey 'b2b' contracts and give them proper jobs?

If they want to make money, let them go abroad

Too capitalistic. There's enough money in society for that to be irrelevant. Nevertheless, some of us do go abroad for a better life including at least half of the regular posters on this forum.

let's equalize everyone - but only down!

Why 'down'?

Why not scrap hokey 'b2b' contracts and give them proper jobs?

Well, we take money from them, and then we can give it back to them! Only less, because of tax.

It doesn't work like that, does it....

- the judiciary where PIS created illegal institutions infested with their supporters whose main aim was to remove independent judges who obeyed the rule of law.

Right now some gangsters` supporters and stooges are abandoning the ship on their own. They smelled the rat. I mean the rat in the sack they will get from the new gov.

I expect the PiS criminals who led to the situation that Poland is forced to pay fines to the EU for breaking the rule of law will be severely punished for causing financial losses on a gigantic scale. The fines amount to hundred millions euros.

I will however mention one when it comes to the sacred respect of the rule of law and freedom of courts - PO were the ones who began the entire constitutional court clusterfuck by trying to illegally bolster it in their favour when they realised they're going to lose the next election
OP pawian  221 | 24961
5 Nov 2023   #39
who began the entire constitutional court

The two extra judges that PO promoted to the Tribunal weren`t accepted by the Parliament. Nothing happened.

But the remaining 3 judges appointed and accepted by the Parliament were rejected by PIS President Duda. Instead, he appointed his own PiS loyal judges. It was unconstitutional and all the decrees of the Tribunal which included those illegals are also illegal and can be lifted by the new parliament. If they will be, it remains a mystery right now.

Today, two dePiSification acts took place during the first new Parliament session after the memorable elections of 15 Oct which ousted PiS gangsters.

Firstly, Warsaw residents removed the barriers which PiS bolsheviks put around the Parliament building in 2016 to block patriotic citizens protesting against breaking the Constitution and democracy by rightists.

Secondly, an infamous PIS Speaker of the previous Parliament was turned down for the position of a deputy Speaker by the democratic coalition. She had earned a bad fame for herself for various underbelt tricks she had played on the opposition parties. E. g. she annulled and reassumed the voting when the results were unfavourable for PiS gangsters at the first attempt. She did it three times.

Can you imagine??????

The new coalition is intent on cleaning the swamp to the very bottom.

Clap! Clap! Clap! hahahaha

Holy words by Donald Tusk:

"Those who broke the principles, rules and violated the Constitution will be punished, not elected for new positions," said Donald Tusk, the leader of the Civic Coalition, on Sunday - a day before the first session of the Sejm of the new term. "This is the foundation of the new order," added the candidate for prime minister.

PIS can put forward another candidate for a deputy speaker in the new Parliament but they refuse to - they decided to create a legend of being persecuted by the new opposition gov. Fekking bolsheviks.

Marcin Kierwiński (Civic Coalition) stated that "there cannot be consent to a person sitting in the presidium of the Sejm who was destroying Polish democracy, who was breaking democratic standards, who was breaking the Polish constitution, who is a symbol, a PiS symbol, of destroying public debate." - We voted against the PiS Speaker Witek and we will do it consistently if this candidacy is repeated - he emphasized.

- We left room for another candidate from PiS. I hope that there will be at least one person in PiS, at least one candidate, who simply does not raise any discussion, does not raise any doubts when it comes to the issues of violating democratic standards and breaking the law - added Kierwiński.

Is it possible at all???? I highly doubt it. All those rightists are mental bolsheviks and political gangsters

Today Ms of P are still discussing new investigating comittees which are to look into various PiS scandals.
Here they are:

illegal Pegasus surveillance of the opposition
bribe visa scandal
wasteful and illegal envelope voting of 2020

It is expected that more comittees will be created soon.

One of the democratic coalition MPs said:

Mariusz Witczak (KO): - Conducting several investigative commissions is a basic condition for healing the state and its institutions. We must punish the guilty because the warning for all future governments must be very clear: the state must not be destroyed.

I fully agree with that. After WW2 Germany was denazified and in result, it became one of the leading democracies in Europe.

Time to clean and drain the PIS swamp!!!!

Used illegally by PiS to spy on prominent opposition members during 2019 elections and later on.
PIS will pay for it.

Even far right nationalist Konfederacja MPs supported the creation of the Pegasus comittee. They commented on PiS : mentally stalinist secret police, moral zeros etc.

Pegasus wrecked their business, when one of their Ugandan clients used it to snoop on the local US embassy employees.

This pissed off the State Department. It also pissed off Tim Cook, CEO of Apple.

illegal Pegasus surveillance of the opposition

On Tuesday evening, the first reading of the parliamentary draft resolution on the establishment of an Investigative Committee to investigate the legality, regularity and advisability of operational and reconnaissance activities undertaken using Pegasus software by members of the Council of Ministers, secret services, the Police, fiscal control and customs and fiscal control authorities in the period from November 16, 2015 to November 20, 2023.

The representative of the applicants, MP from the Civic Coalition, Robert Kropiwnicki, emphasized that "abuse of power is always very dangerous for citizens, but the abuse of operational funds is particularly important and it must be explained very carefully." - This is a matter of state security, the security of all of us - he added.

- It is very important that as part of the surveillance function, what the authorities have wanted to hide over recent years will come to light. And undoubtedly the authorities wanted to hide the fact that they were eavesdropping on citizens, that they were messing with their phones, and that all this was most often in violation of the law, he said.

- During your times, the number of wiretappings has increased dramatically. Several thousand people were wiretapped every year, added Kropiwnicki, addressing PiS politicians. As he noted, this was how "their country" operated, in which "people looked into their beds, phones, and computers." Kropiwnicki emphasized that power must be limited.

- Abuse of operational surveillance is one of your greatest villainies. The commission must disclose all those PiS rotten acts, he said. - ...... looking into people's private sphere, looking into their homes, distorting their text messages, what you did to MP (Krzysztof) Brejza, is just plain villainy. And you should be ashamed of it, Kropiwnicki said to PiS politicians.

He added that the state must react to these vile acts because Krzysztof Brejza's children and wife also suffered as a result. - You wanted to oppress the entire family just because (Brejza) was the head of the electoral staff of the largest opposition party. This is something that cannot be left behind. It is impossible to remain indifferent to such outrageous behavior. All the more so since recently convicted people who were "miraculously" pardoned by the president were responsible for the services, said the KO MP.

This guy should relax.

Russia and America spy on their citizens 24/7. I won't even mention China.

Poland is in good company now.

In Poland we are talking about spying on opposition members. I know there is hardly any opposition in Russia now so you have a problem with it. :):):)

company now

Please, don`t compare us to Russia or China coz it is an insult to Poles. :):):):) We are Europeans after all, not Asians.

Even though we are still considered Eastern European thanks to a large number of PiS homo sovieticus voters.

Marek Sawicki announced in an interview with PAP that on Friday or Saturday he would submit a request to the prosecutor's office to check whether the "gross failure to fulfill an obligation" on the government's side, in 2021 Poland lost an advance payment from the KPO in the amount of EUR 4.7 billion. - It is necessary to check whether there has been a serious omission and exposure of the state to large financial losses - added the MP.

The deputy head of the PSL-Trzecia Droga club referred to the European Commission report, which states that "Poland did not receive an advance payment because it was late in submitting its KPO". - Poland submitted its KPO plan on May 3, 2021, then withdrew it for correction, and there was no one in the ministry or the prime minister's office to ensure that the project was submitted on time again. We lost those funds irretrievably, the MP emphasized.

Also known as "slaughtering the pack" (

It is painful to them, of course, but necessary. Those rightists are worse than vampires - they suck out not only blood but also brains and lungs so that you are breathless. And they need to be treated like vampires used to be in the past.

The first depisification changes have already taken place.A few dozen PiS stooges have been removed or were asked to resign. Their pathetic squeal of swine pulled from the manger is pleasantly reverberating all over Poland and in my ears. Oink, oink, oink!!! hahahaha

- public state media: both national and local TV, radio and papers which PiS seized under total control and used to ruthlessly attack the opposition in communist style

Today the Parliament passed the resolution calling for cleaning the state media. Most piSSed off PiS gangsters didn`t take part in the doomed to lose voting but went to their TV headguarters to watch PiS controlled TV. For the last time????? hahahaha

AmaSSing bolsheviks.

Oink oink oink!!!
Clap Clap Clap!!! hahahaha

Whilst that will work in the short term, Poland needs a Capitalist and not a Socialist government.Poland is making great strides to progress and improve the lives of ordinary Poles. That can only happen under Capitalism.Socialism will stifle that growth.
