He was asked about President Joe's speech by a reporter and apparently (according to social media) said "nic nie powiedział".

Let`s quote some critical pundits` opinions:

Quite. Presiden Biden's excellent speech showed that they really do mean business. Together with the rest of NATO, especially the UK and Poland, we are presenting a very solid front and the message of the speech was strong.
