Karol Nawrocki - the New President of Poland

Most " second homes" are small wooden shacks on a dzialka or maybe for the upper classes a small flat on the coast.

Nah. They have second flats and hire it to someone. Whenever I hear about some parasite making a living this way, I feel an urge to punch someone. These thieves should be taxed into oblivion (this is the civilised part of me speaking, the other part wants this scum burned at the stake). Burn at the stake all the landlords, the scum of the earth.

they are against the way EU is now and where it's supposedly heading - getting more integrated.

It heads into the firepit straight to hell, and they want to send Poland first to see if it has good air conditioning. Tusk and his gang are all for it.

but your attitude reminds me a lot of that sentiment/mentality

feel embarrassed by your ignorance?

No, but I feel embarrassed by your ignorance :)

So Bobko is right.

No, he isn't. In the right circumstances - if Trzaskowski won and the more conservative parties in the coalition didn't oppose it - they would pass the bill. There would be no reason for them to not do so, because majority of Poles support a more liberal abortion laws.

you belong to that fringe minority of stupid people for whom the so-called right to kill their child is a must.

Do I though? What do you know about my personal views on this matter exactly? And what do you mean by "fringe minority" if majority of Poles support a more liberal abortion laws?

No, but I feel embarrassed by your ignorance :)

That is a kindergarten-level retort. Take your nap lol!
---
In the right circumstances

Don't they have the majority in the parliament what they are waiting for? lol!
--

lol! you had a dream, don't be delusional.
---
Do I though?

You are chirping about abortion all the time when talking politics. You know that politics is not only about abortion?
--
And what do you mean by "fringe minority" if majority of Poles

The majority of Poles do not support anything like that.

The fact that

The fact is that you will argue until the cows come home with the bulls on their backs until you get it the way you demand it.
I have a Polish aunt that is just as hard headed as you are that drives everyone nuts.
I still like you though.

@johnny reb, I "argue" until you (or anyone else) stop writing stuff that aren't true. It's usually that simple.

It heads into the firepit straight to hell, and they want to send Poland first to see if it has good air conditioning.

And what kind of nonsense is this? lol

Don't they have the majority in the parliament what they are waiting for? lol!

I see I have to feel embarrassed by your ignorance again o_O They're in a coalition with more conservative parties:

wiadomosci.onet.pl/kraj/psl-torpeduje-ustawe-o-dekryminalizacji-aborcji-ogromne-poklady-zlosci/4mcr315

lol! you had a dream, don't be delusional.

I am not delusional and you're being ignorant again:

wiadomosci.onet.pl/kraj/polacy-dostali-pytanie-o-liberalizacje-prawa-aborcyjnego-zaskakujace-wyniki-sondazu/41nry1n

You are chirping about abortion all the time when talking politics.

Not true at all.

Your opinion isn't the truth.
Paulina  19 | 4591

@Ironside, I usually "argue" if I have evidence to prove my point or there's no evidence coming from my opponent's side. So it's not just about my "opinions".

Again, the fact that a guy like Nawrocki will be Poland's president is a major embarrassment and a slap in the face of every decent Pole. Of course, Warsaw's Szambelan wouldn't be perfect either but at least somewhat less embarrassing.

Why are Tusk and Kaczyński such twats? We could have a presidential race between Sikorski and Marek Jurek, Andrzej Nowak or Czesław Ryszka (real Catholics and patriots) and I would vote for any of the three in the second round, but K. and T. had to choose two muppets for their candidates, and the worse muppet won. Horrible.

I have been posting arguments, even here on PF, about the EU many times. So forgive me if I don't feel like one more repeat myself. You were talking about EU integration, anyone who uses such language is a 'pelican' with whom there is no point arguing.
The EU policies forced on Poland are derimental to the Polish economy and a pocket of the polish citizen, anyone who think it is not true is (excuse me it is not personal ) a cretin.

You sound like Pawian, Mr 'Pelican' Torq, I want to see you apologizing in a few years after he wins the process with Onet. You will be might embarrassed.

in a few years after he wins the process with Onet

Pigs will fly sooner than that happens.

Unless, of course, PiS comes back to power and takes over the judiciary, then anything is possible.

Now that I think about it, it is highly possible that the real name of Korvinus was on the list of informants that the staff of the Russian embassy had burned before evacuating Warsaw.

This is what qualifies as an Polish "Conservative".

In America they would burn you at the stake.

This is all you need to know about this "apocalyptic" battle between "right" and "left" in Poland.

They would all be Democrats in America, or traitors in Russia.

@amiga500

If Korvinus wants to tax second-home-owners out of existence - then he is a communist.

Not every person with a lake house is an oligarch.

But beyond that, I suspect he doesn't realize the catch-on effects on the real estate market of such a decision, or how it will wipe out the wealth of the Polish middle class.

Andrzej Nowak (real Catholics and patriots and I would vote for any of the three

Proffessor Nowak is Narowckis mentor and sponsor. Dumb ass. If you vote for the master you are obliged to vote for the apprentice. I think you will find our new president is a lot more independent than you think, not towards PO but konfederacja.
In fact for there to be a coalition after the next election, Kaczynski has to waltz of the stage.

So were you or were you not born in Australia?

In fact it was that fecund grave field of tortured souls and filthpig greed warszawa.
Torq  13 | 1304

Proffessor Nowak is Narowckis mentor and sponsor.

Certainly not in the academic sense. Nawrocki's PhD mentor was Grzegorz Berendt, and Dudek and Polak his reviewing committee.

a lot more independent than you think

As independent as a puppet on a string.

Why do you think Kaczyński chose N. as his candidate? Precisely because he has such 'haki' on him that Onet's revelations pale in comparison. He will be yet another Kaczynski's ballpen.
amiga500  5 | 1607
2 days ago   #149
Certainly not in the academic sense.

In the political sense.

Precisely because he has such 'haki' on him.

The editors of Rzesczopolita, hardly a PiS mouthpiece, stated that Kaczynski had to be convinced to go with Nawrocki, because he came from a completely different world and his ideology is quite to the right of PiS ie the patriotic-nationalist football hooligan movement, Narodowe Siły Zbrojne sympathies etc
Torq  13 | 1304

@Amiga

People who are patriotic-nationalistic, right of PiS etc., don't dabble in usury, pandering and elderly fraud. Or perhaps we have different definitions of what being a patriot means.

Kaczyński was convinced precisely because he later realised that he will be able to manipulate Nawrocki with all the kompromat on him. The entire secret of Kaczyński's political longevity is his security cabinet where he holds 'haki' on all his men.

Anyways... *yaaaaawn* ... what happened will not unhappen, so there's no use crying over spilt milk. People who voted for Nawrocki voted for permanent conflict instead of normal, peaceful development. The irony of their choice is that it is they who will suffer, not those who voted for Trzaskowski. We will be quite all right, no matter who the president happens to be.
