PiS have their specific view of what the EU means

Similar to mainstream approach in UK and quite a few other countries, "driving further integration" and all that mess is pretty much Germany + Low countries. PiS on this one is more in the mainstream than Merkel is. Gerries have just hijacked the whole concept of "Europe".

I see your knowledge of Polish protocol is like your knowledge of Polish history, Polish law and many other things - non-existent.

I'm really not sure what this has to do with the simple fact that his title is President Wałęsa.

Gerries have just hijacked the whole concept of "Europe".

Of course, it's normal that different countries have different opinions on what the EU is/should be. But those living across the pond really could do with learning that Poland has no interest whatsoever in leaving the EU.

It's sad that so many Poles are so addicted to defeat and oppression (and the cosy feelings of angry self-righteouness that flow from those) that they want to turn one of the greatest acocmplishments of the last hundred years into treason and defeat.....

It's okay to think that the fall of communism was a good thing, it really is (as it was). There's no need to turn into another chapter of betrayal against the long-suffereing Polish public.

[Moved from]: Junkier&company want to push Poland out of the EU.

Rumor has it that European Commission is acting in an offensive way to cause the Brexist and at the same time wnat to force Poland and Hungary from the EU. Seeing that old EU countries are more likely to form a new Federal Europe that'll be more convinient for them..Could that be the truth of it?

Junkier and his friends set on pushing out of the EU few 'difficult" countries acting crazy.

Of course not. You have no idea what you are talking about. The drain would take place regardless of Poland`s membership in the EU. It would even be much bigger. if we weren`t in the EU.
