Man, one thing is for sure; the Internet brings out the worst in people, or maybe just the worst people. This poor guy just asks for advice and he gets abuse hurled at him like schmidt on a brick wall. I've noticed this on Yahoo as well.

Hi all,
i am moving to poland (wroclaw) in march, 2012 with work permit/visa. I am an Indian. Guys, how can I marry with Polish girl there ? Any Idea? As per google and other protals , it's stated there that I need document (Certificate of No Impediment) which is not avialable under any law or act in Indian. I had words with one of my polish friend , he was like that polish courts may provide me with such letter with which marriage offices may accept this marriage. We both are not sure on this . Kindly give me details if possible.

Like the lad's attitude, hasn't got his feet on the ground yet, still he knows he wants to marry.

Oh midas midas my dear midas.. I really miss you like anything. You are a true guy of this earth. You are born for just for rubbish. You should be in army not in social life. You are a guy who got broken in love or destroyed in love, sometimes I feel you experienced very f*** world/people in your life. You don't have anything to say except rubbish. You are like sometimes English teacher and sometimes Polish or boarder army man.

Dude nobody can be happy in another country as much he can be in his/her own country! So don't ever comment on any person who is leaving his/her country for anyone or reason. Since starting I observed you. People are so much nice in Poland, UK , USA but there people also alike you. This war has no end. c'on dude. Leave this hate and all. We all are one. God is one. Jesus, Our Lords, Muslim's Allah, all is one. No one says to kill anyone. Christians are killing people, Muslims too and somehow Indians too. Whole world is same. No need to abuse any one because of other people who did something. I hate terrorist like anything. My uncle was died in Mumbai blast (terrorist attack). Our family dint get his body, just only parts of his body and you say that we Indians are terrorist. Please! A holy women gave you birth. Same is with us. So don't show your anger on everyone. I hate terrorist but it doesn't mean all Muslims are same. In Indian army there are some Muslims and some died as well because they fought for India. They saved Indians.

Don't be so harsh. Life is only one. Who are you I don't know. How elder/younger are you than me no idea! But still I say .... live life happily and let others happily.

I welcome everyone from this forum to abuse on this post (and on this Indian), I will not worry because our politeness is our quality not weakness.

Wish you all a very happy new year.

Observed mistake. Awesome.. This is what I am saying. Instead of "a" I wrote in faster typing "e" and woman became women. This is our common sense that one guy belongs to only one woman not women. Typing can be wrong but I hope brain which is at the top most of the body part just for thinking and use common sense, can;t be wrong. Anyways. Still no issues. Atleast, beaing among such English men over here I can learn lots of things for my life. Point more mistakes guys .. I would like to correct them and will show you the way of learning and living life happily.

I had great christmas and new year as well. however, it was with polish people in Delhi (India). They are happy here (in delhi- India) as much as we Indians are sad here in this forum by reading abusive talks by another polish people and other overseas people.

Anyways, this is what I say " WORLD" and it can't be same.

oh gosh! sorry , Glupek . I wanted to add Des Essientes' post in my post but by mistake I added yours. My apologies dude! :)

march - would you mind using proper English ( spelling and grammar ) when posting about me?

I find reading through your posts tiring because you spell like a third world immigrant.

This war has no end. c'on dude. Leave this hate and all.

Great advice, coming from an indian.

I mean, you people are just paragons of tolerance in your own right...

zimbio.com/World+Politics/articles/1337/Orissa+erupts+Hinduvata+extremists+massacre

Clean up your own backyard before you go about preaching to your neighbours.

I hate terrorist like anything.

What does that have to do with the topic of our discussion ( yes, it is hardly a surprise you, being indian, aren't too fond of "terrorists", by which you probably mean pakistanis.

My uncle was died in Mumbai blast (terrorist attack). Our family dint get his body, just only parts of his body and you say that we Indians are terrorist. Please!

Again, what does that have to do with our discussion?

Please! A holy women gave you birth.

Hardly.

And please keep my momma out of this one, unless you want me to elaborate on the arranged marriage hell that indian women go through.

Don't be so harsh. Life is only one. Who are you I don't know. How elder/younger are you than me no idea! But still I say .... live life happily and let others happily.

Save your advice for someone who needs it, I'm probably twice your age and I rarely listen to people who use broken English.

I welcome everyone from this forum to abuse on this post (and on this Indian), I will not worry because our politeness is our quality not weakness.

You're not getting abuse. Both you and the original threadstarter are however getting laughed out of the park for your eagerness to settle in Europe and using the "Polish pipeline" that we discussed here numerous times.

We both know the only reason why you're not trying to settle in London has to do with harsher immigration policy of Her Majesty's government.

Midas, march reaches out to you in the spirit of humanity and this is what you write, absolutely shameful.

His advice was great coming from any human being. It is your rejection of it that is petty.

Whatever.

I refuse to become wrapped up in discussions with people who just write line after line in jibber-jabber.

By doing that they show they have absolutely no respect for their adversaries and anyone reading the discussion.

English isn't my first language either, yet you don't see me mangling it so badly.

Regarding the crux of the matter here --> you got a guy who posted the following:

i am moving to poland (wroclaw) in march, 2012 with work permit/visa. I am an Indian. Guys, how can I marry with Polish girl there ? Any Idea?

So he somehow obtained a permit to work in Poland ( probably with a time limit ) and before his feet even touch Polish soil he already wants to know how to get married there.

Nobody finds it fishy?

Because in my opinion he'll be on a Ryanair to Blightey 2 days into his "honeymoon".

You're hardly someone with enough life experience to make comments about my life,

so that's not a comment about my life then? ;)
you know about my age, my life experience do you?
I wouldn't be that arrogant (like you) to comment about your life, I was merely making a fair observation on your PF obsessions, which are obvious from your posts, and seem a bit weird.

Nobody finds it fishy?

Only you "Midas" and just for your information I'm not coming there for living whole life. I'll be back with her to India and why all time keep saying about UK UK UK! What is UK? Just a tiny country and why do you compare each time with UK? If my wife is in Polska, what the hell I will do in UK!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyways, I don't have this much time for arguing with you over here on silly topic. Her family has already contacted Urząd for this marriage and they got all the information and confirmation. So, you just stay here and keep saying rubbish for each foreigner who is moving in your "POLSKA", I got green flag and now I have job in Polska and my wife.

Good Luck to you.

Before going, just want to show you some truth so hope you will understand that there is no purpose of living whole life in Polska. Have a look on -

The explanations offered for the low birth rate have largely been ideological. It has been blamed on the young generation's hedonism, permissive and oversexualised popular culture, and their lack of patriotism. So when it turned out that the real reasons might be much more prosaic - substandard social services, poor and often unavailable medical care, lack of jobs for parents and nurseries for children, expensive housing - the commentariat was uncomfortable. Suddenly, the fact that UK-based Polish women had more children than immigrants from Bangladesh was an example of dismal failure of social policy at home.

The uncomfortable truth is that the most educated generation in Poland's history - almost half of 25-year-olds are university graduates - has to make do with a terrible job market. This is not solely due to the global economic crisis: Poland only experienced a period of slower growth, not GDP decline. Despite this, the future for most young Poles is far from bright - the nation that paid a lot to educate them does not need them on the job market, and has no idea what to do with them: the official unemployment rate for university graduates hovers around 20%. Those who manage to get a job are equally frustrated - they feel they are working below their qualifications, often in "McJobs" with no career path, and very often have to earn a large part of their salary unofficially to avoid taxes - which makes, for example, getting a mortgage difficult. There is virtually no job security; employers feel it is a buyers' market and think they can always find a better (read: more "malleable") employee. They are slow to hire, and eager to fire...

India is far better than any country in this "World".

And obviously Polish people need a wise Indian sage ( are you 30 yet, kid? ) to tell them that, point towards their supposed "lack of patriotism" ( idiotic remark about most young Polish people btw when one compares them to their Western European peers ), "oversexualized popular culture" and so forth.

Your remarks about the job market in Poland are funny, an English person or an American might be ok saying that, but an Indian ( India's economy has barely reached developing country status a decade or two ago and job security isn't common ) - seriously pot calling the kettle black. Next thing we know we'll have Pakistanis complaining about religious fanatism in Poland...

You are arrogant in the extreme and quite full of hot air.

The United Kingdom, ruled by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth has long been the Holy Grail for your people who literally begged on their knees to obtain employment there, in case you weren't aware. And quite right they were to beg, if I might add - annual salary in the UK is still something an average person employed in India can only dream of.

India is far better than any country in this "World".

Lovely. Stay in India then, marry and Indian girl and please be so kind as to not offer Polish ( or other European ) people any more "words of wisdom".

People from God know where are trolling all over you guys..

Way too many I will marry Polish girl/come to Poland/how to marry/can I marry Polish girl pretty please/Indian or Pakistani looking to marry threads for it to be mere trolling.

Hopefully you are wrong and I am right :). To achieve a compromise I would say that 1/3 of this posts is trolling, 1/3 is wishful thinking and 1/3 might have something to do with reality.

Even so I would not be concerned about the numbers of immigrants coming here. Poland is a harsh-environment country, to survive here, as an immigrant, you need to know language, have your own community, be very intelligent and hard working(respect for Vietnamese people here). It is not for everyone, like UK or France. Probably, after couple months or years such an immigrant will move further west. I know too many histories of 'Polish love' for VISA(Visit-Influence-Sex-Abandon). That is why there is no strong community of people from India, Pakistan or Africa.

The only thing I regret is that some Polish girls are so hungry for emotions of 'international love' with some 'cool guy', instead for education, career or being a caring mother.

Take care ;).

I believe you failed to notice the "slight" change in the dynamics of preventing immigration scams that came around in 2004 when a number of CEE states joined the EU.

British immigration officials are for the most part highly skilled professionals that have both education and experience required to catch visa scammers. UK as a country has invested vast sums of money to make sure of that.

Now 2004 comes along and our investment basically went down the drain. A potential visa scammer doesn't have to deal with our immigration officials at all - he'll simply choose to ply his scam in one of the "new" EU member states, where immigration officials are, at least when compared to their British counterparts, barely educated and highly incompetent.

A few years ago ( 2006 or so ) there were actually newspaper articles in the Polish press in which Polish journalists were over the moon with joy about the fact that so many Vietnamese and Nigerians were marrying Polish girls. Yes sir, Poland was finally becoming worldly and international, have no doubt about that - that was kind of how they wrote them... lol...

And once a visa scammer obtains what he seeks in a new EU member state ( Poland isn't the only one at fault here, I imagine Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania aren't far behind ) he simply boards a Ryanair and comes over to the UK and it is fully illegal to question how he obtained his status, as far as I know.

So all your comments about "tough life" in Poland are meaningless --> these people use Poland as a transit country. Also, you really think that all these Nigerian gentlemen married to Polish women actually bother to speak Polish? Lol.

Hey Vivek, would you be able to advice me how to find a cheap, honest, loyal and reliable Indian worker in your country?

He needs to be able to work at least 50h a week for a maximum wage of 1GBP/5zl a day, preferably lower, know English and be proficient in programming C++, PHP.

Do you know what formalities do I have to comply with in order to employ such a person? How to find him/her?

Thanks.

Hey Midas.

1) Are you British? Why are you writing on the polisforus? It's just curiosity, no hidden rhetoric here.

2) Regarding our common friend I believe we are on the same side of the fence.

3) Immigrants can not, without obtaining a VISA, just board Ryanair and go wherever they want in the Europe however it is so much easier for them now to do it illegally if they want to.

Additionally, they can spend couple years in country they moved to, marry some woman, gain citizenship and become an European - that's a real threat and your concerns re. visa scam are quite valid.

From reading some of his recent posts, Midas is a ICD10 F40.1 secondary F66.0. Very likely from immigrant parents(arranged marriage? certainly loveless), not a part of the national community - a drawbridge type.
Not treatable with medication.

If you must know, the reason why I became Her Majesty's subject has all to do with the events of March 1968 in Poland.

You know, back when you ( I take from your nickname you're Polish ) Polish people decided it was high time to blame Polish Jews for all that was evil once again. Luckily this time neither Jedwabne, nazi collaboration, a barn or a huge fire were involved, you did however hand roughly 30.000 people one-way tickets out of the country after relieving us of our property, with street protesters shouting "Zionists to Zion" and "Death to all Zionists". You also wrote interesting stuff on our doors at night, placed dog **** on our doormats while "unknown suspects" assaulted people of Jewish descent in parks. Oh yes, Polish-Jewish kids were also harassed in schools at the time, hardly noteworthy.

I don't know which bracket that puts me in, however if you're Polish I'd kindly ask you not to administer any more "medication" of the type I just described to me.

1) Are you British? Why are you writing on the polisforus? It's just curiosity, no hidden rhetoric here.

Mozes - I have a Polish passport and I am a Jew born in Poland, currently living in the UK and subject of Her Majesty ( although I spend a ton of time in Poland due to business issues ). In 1968 Polish people decided to kick out quite a few of the remaining Jews ( had something to do with a conflict in the Communist party and bad economy, I don't recall correctly ) out of the country - as I kindly explained to "glupek" - and off my family went, with the belongings we were allowed to keep stuck in 3 suitcases.

I post on Polishforums because I do some business in Poland and because I find the environment rather pleasant, despite some antisemites ( to be fair I'm not the nicest guy most people ever met, so I usually hold my own against them ).

2) Regarding our common friend I believe we are on the same side of the fence.

Indeed that seems to be the case.

Additionally, they can spend couple years in country they moved to, marry some woman, gain citizenship and become an European - that's a real threat and your concerns re. visa scam are quite valid.

You are quite right. I jokingly wrote once that the amount of posts regarding people from certain parts of the world desperately needing to marry a Polish girl must have something to do with someone posting a guide on "how to legally enter the UK" on 3rdworldforums.com which begins with the sentence "Meet a blue-eyed blonde from Eastern Europe".

Jokes aside, the threat is rather real:

ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/newsarticles/2011/decemb er/79-sham-jail

Midas do you not see the absurdity of what you write? If it is OK for a person from the USA or the UK to say something then it is OK for someone from elsewhere to say it too.

Nah, not really.

Polish person is fully entitled to complain about, shall we say, how the U.S. medical system works and how one gets treated without having insurance ( in Poland the medical care, while ******, is free ).

On the same principle an Englishman or an American can complain about the job market in Poland being ****** - and it is completely fitting, since compared to UK and US job markets the Polish one is ****.

But when a guy comes along from a country which is known for making educated people work for peanuts and fish scales and where "labour laws" are a mystical enigma --> yes, that's comedy right there when a person from such a place disses any European job market.

My question is can we get married here in UK and apply for settlement in UK or do I need to go back to my country Pakistan and apply a polish spouse visa.? Or is it better if I go to poland and marry her there because I also have one year schgane state visa. What's the best option for me?. And currently In UK.
