So, Polaks, take your traditions where the sun don't shine...

Oh my, we are devastated! Polish flag will be lowered to half mast in sign of the country mourning!

It annoys me that still so many males prefer to stick to obsolete standards of the patriarchal society which is slowly disintegrating into oblivion. Too slowly but let`s not complain coz Rome wasn`t built in a day, either.
However, those male losers who can`t cope mentally with women`s independence and rights, become a political prey for nationalist or far rightist parties which promise the return of old times. It is bs of course coz you can`t get back to oppression and discrimination.

No azhole wil ever address me in the third person as if I didn't exist or was present.

What is wrong with you?I have absolutely no problem with being called "Prosze Pana", in fact I find it very polite.

The only way I tolerate is by my first name.

Yeah, Richtard!!!

Because you're a normal person and not a toxic narcissist. Let's look inside the cogs and wheels of a narcissist's brain for a second. It's very convoluted and difficult for non-narcissists to really get, but we can do an approximation.

Normal person hearing an honorific expression: That's nice, I should reciprocate.

Toxic narcissist hearing an honorific expression: *What are they trying to pull? What's with showing 'respect'??? If they use a respectful form now.... they might no always use it!!!! Danger! Danger! Danger! Who is anyone else to decide whether or not to show me respect, the worms!!!!! How effin' DARE they???? What can i do? I KNOW!!!! I'll just address everybody the same and demand... DEMAND that they do that to me, that way they won't be able to be disrepectful to me!!!!!

*In reality these ruminations go on much longer and are much more intricate, this is just a highlight reel....

Hey, stupid, if they can insist on their pronouns, I can insist on being "you", not "Pan".

I am nobody's Pan or Pani. I would rather be known as 47 than Pan. Or Sir...

The same. Personally I prefer 'Ty' but if someone says 'Pan', that's fine.

I'm from a place that was always thee and tha but don't hear it much now since I don't go to the hardcore ex coal mining places much any more. A while ago I was in Castleford and got some fish and chips near the Burberry factory. When the lady in the shop called me thee I nearly cried from nostalgia.

This is why I hate Polish and other stupid customs meant to show that fake respect we don't feel.

When my daughter introduced me to her boyfriend Michael, her future husband, I said: Michael, I am Rich. Don't call me any other way.

The relief on his face was noticeable.

I never had this point of clarity my so-called FIL. Socializing with him was sheer torture a simple sentence would put an end to so quickly...

Fvck customs...like "Ty" instead of "ty"...

Actually, Rich may not be rich but seems to be "Comfortably off".
