Unfortunately the police let him go, since those black women and witnesses didn't decide to report the incident. But the police has his info, so if he does something like that again - he may get into trouble (according to the article).
@Novichok, he was insulting those women and threatening to beat them up while sitting on his seat. When they didn't react he got up from his seat, walked up to one of them, blocked the way out from her seat and leaned into her face and continued his abuse. That was when the Polish woman intervened and made him back off and the black women ran away from the CCTV camera view. The racist started insulting the Polish woman and then the bus driver intervened. He told the man that he will call the police if he doesn't calm down, but the racist became even more agitated and started also insulting the driver, so the driver called the police. When the police was taking him out of the bus that moron was still saying racist slurs.
Even if that looser wasn't a racist he could be charged for threats of violence against another person (3 years in prison) and probably also public disturbance.
