No, because to be honest - I don't know. I don't know what number that would be. For you it would be a simple answer, I'm guessing - zero. But since I don't mind black people just because they're black then my answer wouldn't be "zero". I'm not a sociologist or some kind of expert on immigration though. That's why I think asking such a random person like me about some exact number of immigrants (not only black ones) is stupid and unreasonable.
Also, it isn't just about numbers, but also about the "quality" of such immigration, so to speak. For example, we don't exactly have millions of immigrants from Georgia, but let us say that I'd be wary of taking a taxi with a Georgian male driver.

Also, Poland isn't a rich country or a "benefits paradise", so it isn't some kind of a dream destination for immigrants from poor countries. And so I'm not losing my sleep over surplus immigration.
