Yes, you can make him acknowledge paternity. And you can get child support ( called alimenty in Polish so sorry for my mental shortcut)

There are still many IFs and Buts. What if the ALLEGED father is overseas then again it depends which country and can be impossible or if he is a low life Angelski Teacher, will it be worth it to even go after that penniless fool?Maybe if she has enough money then get a judgement and keep it in case the looser ever makes money.

Ghosting you??
Do you perhaps mean "pursuing" you?
Unless of course the father is dead,
in which case probably a psychic specialist
would be more what you need!

@Lyzko
"Ghosting" is the sudden and unexpected cutting off comunication with the other person, leaving the impression of having been turned in to a ghost. Left without a trace of existing anymore.

A person mainly or only communicating via "Snapchat" then blocking the other person. Then if the person is able to reach him by other means, continues to block her and shows no signs or willingness to meet again

Before being forced to pay child support the father has to be established and subject to Polish law system ( because we are on Polish forum).

As to earnings, while we understand you are this rich estate baron, even law salary father has to pay child support and I doubt the mother would say no to even few extra hundreds. If the guy isn't paying one can get money from fundusz alimentacyjny.

Not the reason for Polish law to be followed.

while we understand you are this rich estate baron

You understand wrong again

I doubt the mother would say no to even few extra hundreds

Again you doubt wrong,if the mother has to force the guy for tests first win that case then file for child support provided she has access to him somehow, what if the father is from Afganistan or Cameroon,or any other such country and has gone back then Good luck getting that.Meantime the legal costs???

I didnt know that such thing like fundusz alimentacyjny even existed but if you say so.

Not the reason for Polish law to be followed.

We may of course assume the OP is asking about the law in Uganda or Mexico but why go to Polish forum then? But instead of being silly we can simply ask:

Anoanoano
Do you seek advice about Polish law?

.Meantime the legal costs???

The court cases, both for paternity and child support are free. She doesn't have to have a lawyer.
If she does and she wins the father has to pay for her costs.

Really? So any pregnant girl can harass any man claiming he is the father? This might kill the guys life God forbid if he is married and what if she looses?

the father has to pay for her costs.

What if the father is a Angelski teacher and has no money to pay or if he takes off to some BS country or even to USA.I know in USA she will have to hire a legal trial attorney to even enforce the Polish judgement that is if the judge agrees to it or the whole process starts again.

@Cargo pants
Well she would need to have solid evidence and convincing story, otherwise she might experience the wrath and wroth of Polish mother-in-law or the guys wife if such a situation would happen. Most Polish women should be perfectly aware of such risks, so frauds are rather quite the risk in such circumstances.

What harasment? All it takes these days is a swab...

What if the father is a Angelski teacher and has no money to pay or if he takes off to some BS country

In that case she would have to follow debtor preceedings.

"Most" but those some idiotic ones are dangerous.

All it takes these days is a swab...

I dont know how it is done but still the freaking hell of a harassment to go through that.

In that case she would have to follow debtor preceedings

Komurnik dont work in non EU foreign countries,I dont know how can it even work outside Poland in any other EU country.

If it was in fact niuance case the guy could sue her. He would have to be able to prove he didn't have sex with her though.

I dont know how can it even work outside Poland in any other EU country.

For one, why would you bother to hire a lawyer if the guy is not even there to fight?
Two, considering that in Poland child support is available for 18 to 25 years I think paying the lawyer one off fee still is profitable.
