DominicB - | 2,707 30 Nov 2017 #36@Patel_poojaNo. Generally, students on temporary visas are not allowed to bring dependents.Practically, though, you will not be granted a visa to enter Poland as it will be clear to everyone that you have no intention of ever returning to India, and there is no way that you could convince them otherwise. It would be a waste of money to apply for a visa that you have zero chance of getting.
Patel_pooja 30 Nov 2017 #37So please can uh give some suggestions that how we can go there in Poland ?pleeaase
DominicB - | 2,707 30 Nov 2017 #38@Patel_poojaReally, there are no good suggestions to give. It will be practically impossible for you to join your husband in Europe. Best to resign yourself to that and get on with your lives in India while your husband continues his studies in Poland, after which he can return to you in India.
SigSauer 4 | 378 30 Nov 2017 #40@danialYou are NOT a refugee, and you do NOT have a legitimate claim to asylum. How can you go to Germany? You can apply through any of the myriad of LEGAL routes available to you, that do not include committing crimes to get there.
DominicB - | 2,707 30 Nov 2017 #41@Patel_poojaYes. You will not be able to go to Poland or any other European country any time soon. After your husband finishes his studies, he MIGHT be able to find work in the EU, and after getting permanent residency, he MIGHT be able to have you join him. But that is several years in the future.
Patel_pooja 30 Nov 2017 #42Hello sir my hubby has job and work permit also ...so can he call us soon I meant howmuch time ?
DominicB - | 2,707 30 Nov 2017 #43@Patel_poojaNo, it doesn't work that way. He is on a student visa, not a work visa. He will not be able to have you join him for several years at best, and probably never. If you want to be together with your husband soon, the only way is for him to come back to India to finish his studies. You can live together in India, then.
SigSauer 4 | 378 30 Nov 2017 #44@Patel_poojaA student visa in most countries means that you go there for EDUCATION only, you DON'T work, and then upon completion of your studies you LEAVE.
DominicB - | 2,707 30 Nov 2017 #46@SigSauerActually, foreigners studying in Poland can work without a work permit. If they can find a job. However, what you said should be true. A foreign student who is working more than a minimal number of hours a week is unlikely to be a genuine student and it is possible that his student visa will be cancelled when he applies for an extension. From what I can tell, the Polish government has caught on to this and seems to have cut back a lot on student visas in the past year.
Sahand_kiyanfar - | 1 7 Jul 2020 #47Hi.I am from Iran and I currently I have finished second year of studies of bachelor which is 3 years, and 1 year ago I applied for Karta Pobytu and surely I will get it soon.and I wanted to marry before I finish my third year, and I was thinking if its possible to apply for TRC after marriage ? and in this case I would be able to stay in Poland without studying? because I need to work after bachelor to earn needed costs for my master.thank you in advance
