Related to Poland Nation Visa, Applying for the second time

I am from India, came to Poland on National Employment Visa and it got expired recently, my bluecard is under process and there is no decision yet and I anticipate its gonna take more time.

Now I want to go back to India for couple of weeks and comeback to Poland , what are my options , Can I apply for any other schengen country visa by staying in Poland ?

or By going to India and apply for Schengen Tourist Visa or National Employment or National Other visa ?
I am still an Employee in Poland.
