Lost my work permit in Poland - How do I get a duplicate?

Bad things happen. Lost my work permit while in Poland.
Currently have national visa type D.
How do I get a duplicate?
And one more question.
Tomorrow I'm going on a business trip (Germany). Will that be a problem in the airport?

Most likely, threw it away while cleaning the apartment.

A work permit in Poland is issued by the voivode at the request of an employer and you should to ask him about this matter. As far I know he also probably have copy of your work permit and the other copy has the Voivodeship Office.

I'm not an expert but your Polish national D-Visa should be enough in the case of travel to any Schengen country for the period of three months and less.

You always may call German embassy to be sure.
