HELLO, I'M THINKING ABOUT OPENING A MEXICAN RESTAURANT HERE IN POLAND. I'M MEXICAN AND LIVE HERE FOR 5 YEARS NOW. WHAT'S YOUR TAKE ON STARTING FOOD BUSINESS BY COOKING AT HOME? I'M THINKING ABOUT COOKING AND SELLING MY DISHES IN FOIL SEALED PACKAGES FOR CLIENTS TO REHEAT IT AT HOME AND EAT. I KNOW ABOUT SANEPID AND REGULATIONS. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!

please make it with actual pinto beans. you cannot get pinto beans or real sour cream anywhere in this country in any Mexican restaurant. you'd be king.

all Mexican restaurants in every major city in Poland only use black beans and fake sour cream.

I was recently at a Mexican restaurant in Galeria MÅ‚ociny. Their food was rather bland, I recommend making the food spicy and tasteful. It was a fast food tho

I'd love a place that had enchiladas and tamales .... or chilaquiles.....

if you could sell fresh corn tortillas I'd be in heaven...
