Are there debit cards without maintenance fees in Poland?

I just found out in my country there's an alternative to bank debit cards - it has no monthly maintenance fee and no surcharge when paying using a POS terminal. Is there such a thing in Poland as I hate banks and their constant fees.

I have Citibank,that dont charge,but Mbank,Mullinieum & Allior only charge 4/5 pln a month if the transactions are under 1000Zlots.

Pressure banks in Poland. In my country every bank is obliged to provide debit cards free of any charge.
