Company (Poland online store) not honoring warranty

I bought a drone from DJI from an online store in Poland.
The drone was defective and after I have proved to them that it was defective they agreed to replace it.
However, one week later they seemed to have changed their mind and said it would not be covered under warranty.

I would like to know if there is any consumer protection entity in Poland that can help me, or do I need to get a lawyer to sue DJI?

Please advise,

Andre

Hi Andre,

Had same problem, basically avoid buying anything from Polish shops, most if not all are like scam and I mean it. I carry my purchases only from Amazon.de as this is the only way you can get stuff with warranty. Anyway, we may rant about that for the whole evening but let me help you solving your problem.

First you need to get your drone back, second you need to email support team and make sure that you want to be served by the place located in Netherlands. They will look after you and send you the UPS label and will collect the drone from you. You will wait 2-4 weeks for it but it will be replaced...

Just stay away from all these polish shops, whatever you buy in Poland make sure you use your CREDIT card so you can contact them if there is any problem
