Polish Criminal Record Check on e-KRK

Hi all.
I applied for a criminal record check on the e-KRK system. It's on this website: ekrk.ms.gov.pl/ep-web/login. I applied for the form and the translation in English on Friday.

I lived in Poland for several years but now don't. I have another EU citizenship and don't know if they search with that.

Could someone explain the message on the login page? Do I need to call them and do you think they'll speak English.

I was wondering if anyone had any idea how long it would take. I'd ideally like it this week, but guess that's quite unlikely.

Have you paid to receive the criminal record yet? If so, you should be fine since the message is a warning about possible problems with payments for documents in system e-KRK. If you haven't paid yet, you need to wait until they fix it and try again.

Yeah, that was what I was wondering. I had no problem paying and it went straight through.
For paid, it says 'yes' and for status it says 'sent' in English and 'Wysłany' in the Polish version.

I am slightly worried about the 25 calendar day thing. Do you know how long it typically takes?

They say:

"In case of inquiries submitted by a person with citizenship of a European Union, the time for providing information is up to 20 business days from the date of receipt of the application."
