Buying restaurant - check conformity

Hello everyone,
Before buying a restaurant in Poland, how can you make sure everything is conform ?
Can you ask sanepid control before buying ?

A legal restaurant should have proper permits, including sanepid control. It's done at least once a year. The seller must have it; if not, you can get the documents from the proper office.
