English pet names are dull and dumb-sounding to me. I'd really like it if I could get some cute Polish nicknames for my boyfriend. Please tell me the English translation as well. :)

If a polish woman calls you tygrys/tiger does it mean she has the hots for you

that means: she thinks you will be good in bed but at the same time she know she will be disappointed at the end...

;)

My boyfriend is Italian and calls me neonata (babygirl) I'm heavily Polish and want to be able to reciprocate his affectionate nicknames, but I just haven't found the right name. Help?

neonata (babygirl)

Niuniek for a boy. Niunia for a girl.

Call her ropuszka and she will love you forever

Ropuszka may be too dangerous as the connotation may not stick well with her, but there is a related one: żabcia.

żabcia

ropuszka

Well, yes, żabcia changes into a handsome prince after a kiss, and ropucha changes into a mother-in-law. Everything is clear.
