Coz the original Polish version is : you don`t grow to sb`s heels.

Yes,l was joking with holding a candle when drunk.

Coz I was sure it meant that sb is too senile to hold a candle and that is why they shouldn`t be allowed to do it during certain religious celebrations which involve the usage of candles. Check the photo beneath.
