USA, Canada / Do Polish guys like American girls? [103]

Ha!! Spot on ;)

On a serious note. Here, I've noticed that most are dating Polish or other slavic girls. I'm sure some are dating Americans though. Attraction is attraction no matter what the nationality.

UK, Ireland / Learning English but after reading comments in DM I feel it's no use [59]

a.k.
It's not a waste of time at all. Keep up the good work because one day you'll eventually hear these words :)

ive me a reason, with all the hatefull ignorant trash spoken on here by Poles

Just here? lol. Its not like that at all. When in Poland I met met more thana handful of people wanting to learn/teach and speak with me. Although most were a little embarrassed, after a few drinks it was mostly easy breezy for all of us :)

We say "That kinda/kind of pisses me off". All over the US.

History / PRE-WAR BONDS and CURRENCY issued in Poland -- ANY VALUE? [9]

Merged: Old Currency and Bonds of Poland - historical value?

I have some antique PL/GER currency and was wondering if anyone has a good resource where I can look these up. I have 1929-1931-1934-1936-1937 and 1941a 50 Reichs Pfennig coins. I'm sure they hold more historical value than $, but curious about them. Thanks!

USA, Canada / Do Polish guys like American girls? [103]

It's all a personal preference. We have ugly Polish girls as well as ugly American girls...or any other nationality.

Merged: Moving to Buffalo, NY. Any Polish neighbours?

Hello. I'm wondering if anyone here lives in Buffalo, NY and if there are PL neighborhoods. Here in NJ, I can get everything I need, but not sure about up there. Does anyone have knowledge of this area?

Dzięki!!

Travel / Hometown / Vacation pictures Poland [201]

Another attempt

few more..

Very interesting place, and one you might not think you'd see in Poland. It's a little off the beaten path, but worth a visit.

Food / What's your favorite Polish beer? [870]

I'd love it if Lech Pils went international :) I get the Premium in bottles and it only cost me $1.50 for 500ml. It's also most available besides Zywiec which I used to drink religiously. Unfortunately, I can't find my favorite Bosman here :/ It was even difficult to find outside Szczecin, but I think Piotr i Pawel started selling it...love that place

Food / What's your favorite Polish beer? [870]

Lech Premium is my new favorite because of the price, and if you're in Poznan, you must try the Lech Pils. Also fantastic.

Food / The Fortuna beer brewed near Poznan, Poland [8]

I've tried fortuna on tap and didn't like it. I thought I was drinking soda. It seemed to be the choice for most others, so I'm assuming if you like sweet beer, you'll love it. I immediately rounded the corner to the closest Belgian pub :)

Travel / Restaurant reviews in Poland. [86]

A bit of a novelty, but Dark Restaurant in Poznan. Great food, and quite fun. Also Artemis Taverna, if you like Greek. The owner is extremely friendly.
