Life / Reaction regarding Pakistanis respected in Poland [54]

u people are sick......and so much jaleous.y u worring from us if u got something to offer.and if we can get job in ur country then thats our intelligence and hard work.so stop being jaleous and start workin hard like ur......and dont be racist.i see to many racists here

Take that race card and shove it up your ass, pakistani boy.

Nobody here is worried about anything other than pakistanis blatantly breaking immigration laws, moving into EU illegaly or by way of a visa scam usually in Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary or some other Eastern European state where immigration offices are manned by incompetent and corrupt officials, then "moving on" to pastures greener --> usually not far away from London town.

And since you'll probably claim visa scams never have anything to do with pakistanis here's HM's government's take on the matter:

Love / I need advice: divorce and my rights as a father in Poland [165]

Thank you Middas,

No problem.

I can just assure you that he would continue money regardless the Polish court would asks him to or not.

Yes, although we both know that at times maintaining friendly relationships after a marriage/stable relationship falls apart is impossible.

I personally think ( which is why I mentioned the prices ) that if she really expects the guy to buy her a flat in Poland ( which can cost more than a house in America these days ) then she's quite simply mad and should see a doctor.

I don't think your "friend" has anything to worry about regarding a possible sentence from the Polish court ( as I mentioned muslim countries and European family courts rarely see eye to eye ), but if he's that worried he probably should meet up with a lawyer in his place of main residence ( Riyadh or Egypt ) and ask about the enforceability of sentences handed down by European courts in his area of main residence.

More likely then not that he'll hear exactly what I wrote here --> that she might get a ruling in Poland which says he's supposed to build her a castle with 5 towers but that still won't mean any public official in Cairo or Riyadh will respect it.

Love / I need advice: divorce and my rights as a father in Poland [165]

1) We both know that a court in Egypt, a muslim country, with the judge being most likely male, will not choose to enforce a ruling of a court in Poland that was issued on behalf of some female Polish non-muslim "sharmouta" if it would harm a God-fearing muslim male, so let's stop beating about the bush.

Egyptian guys have a downright bad reputation in Poland at the moment ( please see the documentary I linked up ) and the girl probably needs a divorce ruling obtained quickly in which a Polish judge will say that she's a pure virgin without a fault, so she can placate some Polish sucker willing to take her in after her x years of "vacation" in Egypt.

2)

Yes. He will have to pay child support regardless.

Only if he wants to, the ruling of a Polish court isn't IMO enforceable in Egypt.

3)

in riyath

Do you mean Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia? ( not that it changes anything, the Kingdom is even more pro-muslim and anti-female than Egypt ).

4)

she stops going behind his back and come with some sly documents and threats.

I'm sorry, but filing an appropriate petition in a court of law is a perfectly proper solution in terms of dissolving a marriage and she can't be viewed as a backstabbing person if she's just doing that. It is called protecting one's rights and there's nothing dastardly about it.

5)

then had an affair with a polish guy that's why he had to divorce her,

I find it hard to believe, since the number of Polish guys in Egypt and in Riyadh, S.A. is negligible and Polish girls who go for Arabic blokes usually consider Polish guys chimpanzees not worthy of their attention.

But ok, it is his story and let's assume it is true.

6)

for a three years solid he hasn't stopped supporting her financialy because of the children he loves most...

He's not doing anyone a favour by paying child support, but ok, it does put him in a favorable light when compared to most Egyptian guys who "broke off their ties" with their Polish women.

7)

he has already issued the divorce and is sending it to the court he is meant to attend on february this year.

You mean the Egyptian divorce? He should obtain in a lot quicker then she obtains divorce in Poland, but whether a Polish court will honor such a ruling is anyone's guess, methinks the answer is "no".

8)

Now is he really liable by Polish court to sustain her financially and supply a place for her and the kids though he hasn't lived with them for three years?

The Polish court may issue a ruling for him to sustain her financially if he's found to be the solely guilty party in a divorce case.

Notice that I wrote her, as I'm now referring to a ruling in which he's supposed to pay alimony for: a) the children and b) his former wife. That's what the girl's gunning for, but I think her true intentions fall along the lines I described in 1) above.

But I don't think he has to worry even if such a verdict is reached, provided he makes his money in Egypt ( or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia ), because a ruling from the Polish court can only be used as toilet paper in those parts.

If he has assets in Europe she might go after them, but that's pretty much it.

Harry -

Alternatively we can just have him roundly whipped until he buys his own ticket.

Splendid idea.

Love / I need advice: divorce and my rights as a father in Poland [165]

the husband has never lived in Poland as she was settled with him in egypt after 3 years of marriage she decided to take the children to poland and milk the poor man for money which he never refused to supply

You jest, right?

Or is it one of those situations in which an Arabic person is treating foreigners like complete suckers?

Egyptians are very well known for seducing dumb and naive women ( nowadays mostly women from Eastern Europe, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, that lot ) in order to gain EU residency. They are also not above blatantly lying to such women to get cash ( they text them to send 3.000 dollars because the Egyptian guy's mom is supposedly ill, lol ).

Here's a documentary that deals with it ( first part, links to parts 2 and 3 available there ):

dailymotion.com/video/xh17oj_darling-i-lowe-ju-1-3_lifestyle

Here's the ( extremely funny due to the level of absurd, only available for Polish speakers ) link to the topic about "Egyptian lovers" on the Polish forum for women called "kafeteria". It got closed after the documentary I linked was released, but the old content is still available:

forum.gazeta.pl/forum/f,24864,Faceci_z_Egiptu.html

Basically Egyptian guys are notorious for using women from Eastern Europe as tickets to the EU. Also, they hardly ever pay ANY child support, because back on planet Earth where we all live people in Poland earn halfway decent wages and people in Egypt get paid in peanuts, fish scales and bird droppings.

So Egyptian guys employed in Egypt usually don't pay alimony to their Eastern European "brides" because THEY CAN'T BLOODY AFFORD IT.

So don't feed us bullshit.

after another 3 years of maintenance the mother of two wants the ex-husband to get her a descent flat plus a higher monthly maintenance and went further in rising the issue to the courts and sending letters to egypt to confirm that the father has received them.

Again, you either write blatant lies or have no knowledge of the topic whatsoever.

The average price of an apartment in Warsaw, Cracow, Wroclaw, Gdansk or any other major metropolitan area in Poland is such that a person employed on an Egyptian wage will not be able to purchase one even if that person worked for 50 years. Last time I looked at the real estate market in Mokotow, Warsaw, the pads were pretty much as pricey as the ones in Miami, Florida. You don't see many Egyptians buying those either.

The question now, what can a Polish law do to harm him financially knowing that he never applied for a polish citizenship and doesn't have the intention to do so...

Right, that would be a first.

This gentleman has gone ahead and signed a divorce petition in the same registry office in egypt just because in the islamic law a woman can be divorced even in her absence.

And that of course you find all fine and dandy, but if a Polish girl's lawyer has the audacity to actually have court summons sent to Egypt then it is of course, an outrage.

I would be grateful if you could help me out on this matter and your advices will be extremely valued.

There is nothing to help "your friend" out with here, a ruling of a Polish court, even a one establishing some alimony payments is, as we both know, hardly worth the paper it is written on in Egypt and the peanuts "your friend" earns are VERY safe from that Polish girl, as long as he earns them in Egypt and not in Poland or the UK.

She probably just found some sucker in Poland willing to take her in after her "Egyptian vacation" and needs to get the divorce done asap with some judge signing off on the sentence that will say her ex-husband is fully liable for the dissolution of marriage ( "orzeczenie o pelnej winie" ) so that her freshly-found Polish sucker is satisfied.

Love / Indian citizen wants to marry Polish Girl and get settled there. [107]

From reading some of his recent posts, Midas is a ICD10 F40.1 secondary F66.0. Very likely from immigrant parents(arranged marriage? certainly loveless), not a part of the national community - a drawbridge type.
Not treatable with medication.

If you must know, the reason why I became Her Majesty's subject has all to do with the events of March 1968 in Poland.

You know, back when you ( I take from your nickname you're Polish ) Polish people decided it was high time to blame Polish Jews for all that was evil once again. Luckily this time neither Jedwabne, nazi collaboration, a barn or a huge fire were involved, you did however hand roughly 30.000 people one-way tickets out of the country after relieving us of our property, with street protesters shouting "Zionists to Zion" and "Death to all Zionists". You also wrote interesting stuff on our doors at night, placed dog **** on our doormats while "unknown suspects" assaulted people of Jewish descent in parks. Oh yes, Polish-Jewish kids were also harassed in schools at the time, hardly noteworthy.

I don't know which bracket that puts me in, however if you're Polish I'd kindly ask you not to administer any more "medication" of the type I just described to me.

1) Are you British? Why are you writing on the polisforus? It's just curiosity, no hidden rhetoric here.

Mozes - I have a Polish passport and I am a Jew born in Poland, currently living in the UK and subject of Her Majesty ( although I spend a ton of time in Poland due to business issues ). In 1968 Polish people decided to kick out quite a few of the remaining Jews ( had something to do with a conflict in the Communist party and bad economy, I don't recall correctly ) out of the country - as I kindly explained to "glupek" - and off my family went, with the belongings we were allowed to keep stuck in 3 suitcases.

I post on Polishforums because I do some business in Poland and because I find the environment rather pleasant, despite some antisemites ( to be fair I'm not the nicest guy most people ever met, so I usually hold my own against them ).

2) Regarding our common friend I believe we are on the same side of the fence.

Indeed that seems to be the case.

Additionally, they can spend couple years in country they moved to, marry some woman, gain citizenship and become an European - that's a real threat and your concerns re. visa scam are quite valid.

You are quite right. I jokingly wrote once that the amount of posts regarding people from certain parts of the world desperately needing to marry a Polish girl must have something to do with someone posting a guide on "how to legally enter the UK" on 3rdworldforums.com which begins with the sentence "Meet a blue-eyed blonde from Eastern Europe".

Jokes aside, the threat is rather real:

ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/newsarticles/2011/decemb er/79-sham-jail

Midas do you not see the absurdity of what you write? If it is OK for a person from the USA or the UK to say something then it is OK for someone from elsewhere to say it too.

Nah, not really.

Polish person is fully entitled to complain about, shall we say, how the U.S. medical system works and how one gets treated without having insurance ( in Poland the medical care, while ******, is free ).

On the same principle an Englishman or an American can complain about the job market in Poland being ****** - and it is completely fitting, since compared to UK and US job markets the Polish one is ****.

But when a guy comes along from a country which is known for making educated people work for peanuts and fish scales and where "labour laws" are a mystical enigma --> yes, that's comedy right there when a person from such a place disses any European job market.

Love / Indian citizen wants to marry Polish Girl and get settled there. [107]

I believe you failed to notice the "slight" change in the dynamics of preventing immigration scams that came around in 2004 when a number of CEE states joined the EU.

British immigration officials are for the most part highly skilled professionals that have both education and experience required to catch visa scammers. UK as a country has invested vast sums of money to make sure of that.

Now 2004 comes along and our investment basically went down the drain. A potential visa scammer doesn't have to deal with our immigration officials at all - he'll simply choose to ply his scam in one of the "new" EU member states, where immigration officials are, at least when compared to their British counterparts, barely educated and highly incompetent.

A few years ago ( 2006 or so ) there were actually newspaper articles in the Polish press in which Polish journalists were over the moon with joy about the fact that so many Vietnamese and Nigerians were marrying Polish girls. Yes sir, Poland was finally becoming worldly and international, have no doubt about that - that was kind of how they wrote them... lol...

And once a visa scammer obtains what he seeks in a new EU member state ( Poland isn't the only one at fault here, I imagine Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania aren't far behind ) he simply boards a Ryanair and comes over to the UK and it is fully illegal to question how he obtained his status, as far as I know.

So all your comments about "tough life" in Poland are meaningless --> these people use Poland as a transit country. Also, you really think that all these Nigerian gentlemen married to Polish women actually bother to speak Polish? Lol.

Real Estate / Residential real estate values go down in Poland [455]

1. Germany is undervalued now. Although one has to be really careful, investing in the former DDR --> most local German people are running away from there and if you buy property there you might be stuck with it until the end of days.

Berlin on the other hand is VERY good for deals right now, IMO.

2. Regarding Poland the banks are looking to tighten their lending guidelines and that doesn't mean anything good for the Polish property market, unfortunately. Most Polish people buy the flats we invest in based on a bank loan, something they're more and more unlikely to get in the future.

Every employer here thinks very highly of this school.

Key word: here. Outside Poland's borders most employers rate SGH along with low-tier British unis.

But you are right on the money, if he wants to go for an MBA which will offer him a shot at employment in Poland SGH is the way to go.

I doubt they admit people based on "I'm from India and I really want to study" though.

And obviously Polish people need a wise Indian sage ( are you 30 yet, kid? ) to tell them that, point towards their supposed "lack of patriotism" ( idiotic remark about most young Polish people btw when one compares them to their Western European peers ), "oversexualized popular culture" and so forth.

Your remarks about the job market in Poland are funny, an English person or an American might be ok saying that, but an Indian ( India's economy has barely reached developing country status a decade or two ago and job security isn't common ) - seriously pot calling the kettle black. Next thing we know we'll have Pakistanis complaining about religious fanatism in Poland...

You are arrogant in the extreme and quite full of hot air.

Only you "Midas" and just for your information I'm not coming there for living whole life. I'll be back with her to India and why all time keep saying about UK UK UK! What is UK? Just a tiny country and why do you compare each time with UK? If my wife is in Polska, what the hell I will do in UK!!!!!!!!!!!

The United Kingdom, ruled by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth has long been the Holy Grail for your people who literally begged on their knees to obtain employment there, in case you weren't aware. And quite right they were to beg, if I might add - annual salary in the UK is still something an average person employed in India can only dream of.

India is far better than any country in this "World".

Lovely. Stay in India then, marry and Indian girl and please be so kind as to not offer Polish ( or other European ) people any more "words of wisdom".

People from God know where are trolling all over you guys..

Way too many I will marry Polish girl/come to Poland/how to marry/can I marry Polish girl pretty please/Indian or Pakistani looking to marry threads for it to be mere trolling.

Life / What is wrong with Poznan? [197]

1. It is a commonly known fact that US nationals who study medicine in Poland are there because they either:

a) can't afford it in the States,

b) weren't able to meet the entry criteria to any US-accredited institution. That usually means their test scores were way below the median and too ****** to gain acceptance into med schools located in the Caribbean ( I think these are getting shut down at the moment, warning call for foreigners studying medicine in Poland ).

2. With that in mind anyone studying medicine in Poland probably has precious few options available in terms of moving with their studies elsewhere.

In my opinion such people shouldn't complain about the reality of living in Poland then, I mean seriously you could have studied harder for the MCAT or whatever it is called nowadays.

3.

We're not making any decisions with regard to patient care, all of that is decided by their doctor so there is no risk to the patient at all.

Yes, obviously having a throng of non-polish speaking med students treat you like a diagnosis mannequin sure as hell increases the recovery chances, especially when we're talking about older patients.

Sorry for the confusion but by translators I meant that we have students in our group who are fluent in Polish and do the translating. In groups where there are no Polish speakers the doctors translate. In any case, it wouldn't be the "health care system" paying for a translator, it would be the university that we pay a tuition fee to attend funding it so don't worry.

Lol, I'd like to see that in the U.S., a foreign medical student barely able to say a few words in English allowed to "attend" to patients without a qualified translator present.

Yes, there is quite a lot to worry about for Polish patients here, so please be so kind and don't brush them off.

Still doesn't excuse the utter disgrace of people getting treated like a commodity by students that can't be bothered to learn a few sentences.

Very true.

Regarding the crux of the matter here --> you got a guy who posted the following:

What does that have to do with the topic of our discussion ( yes, it is hardly a surprise you, being indian, aren't too fond of "terrorists", by which you probably mean pakistanis.

My uncle was died in Mumbai blast (terrorist attack). Our family dint get his body, just only parts of his body and you say that we Indians are terrorist. Please!

Save your advice for someone who needs it, I'm probably twice your age and I rarely listen to people who use broken English.

I welcome everyone from this forum to abuse on this post (and on this Indian), I will not worry because our politeness is our quality not weakness.

You're not getting abuse. Both you and the original threadstarter are however getting laughed out of the park for your eagerness to settle in Europe and using the "Polish pipeline" that we discussed here numerous times.

Life / Poles hard working or just born lazy. [58]

most Poles believe when they go to the UK or USA they start from zero and they have the possibility of opportunity, when they return to Poland they slot back into old routine of why bother because no one else is.

Again you're missing my point. Compare and contrast what you can actually buy in UK or US for 2 minimum wages ( a working couple ) and what you can buy for the same w minimum wages in Poland. Start with gasoline, next look into real estate prices.

Once you do that you might actually realize what the problem is.

Life / Poles hard working or just born lazy. [58]

You have taken my quote out of context, I was NOT specifically referring to working in Poland:

That's the problem, you wrote about something that has little to do with Poland and the issue of people in Eastern Europe screwing their employers over when they make minimum wage.
Midas

Life / Poles hard working or just born lazy. [58]

Would you be employing people by any chance?

I've given employment to quite a few people in my lifetime.

And coming from that, if you're going to pay the absolute minimum don't expect people ( in Central or Eastern Europe of all places, where it was common in the commie days to just sit around all day drinking tea while "at work" ) to work their asses off for you.

People will not apply themselves when they are getting minimum wage, period.

I have taken low paying jobs in the past, looking for something else in the meantime, while doing the job I have worked very hard and diligently, because at the end I want a glowing reference.

I'm afraid you're not quite aware how the reference system "works" in Poland.

Simply put, it is a sham. People will get glowing references on account of being their bosses current squeeze/cousin/whatever and at the same time hard working people will get no references at all because their boss simply doesn't have to write them for them.

While looking for professionals in Poland I go by word of mouth and recommendation, not any kind of references.

UK, Ireland / Eastern European girls forced against their will in Britain for prostitution? [67]

UK, Ireland / Eastern European girls forced against their will in Britain for prostitution? [67]

a.k. -

The language commonly used on this forum happens to be English.

So please be so kind and translate your last post so everyone can understand it. In regards to the stuff you wrote in Polish I again am forced to ask you to take your assumptions and shove them up your arse.

Regarding the English part:

Good reason? Where have I said such thing?

Why the hell would poverty make it to our discussion otherwise? Unless you're captain obvious and you like to enlighten us about the fact that rich women rarely resort to prostitution?

I do that only because his reasons to call Polish women "sluts" is just to insult Poles. He obviously forgot that his family is/was also Polish.

As someone was already kind enough to explain to you, that wasn't really the case. Even if she was, the "yo momma" makes no sense here whatsoever, I already explained why.

I just expose hypocrisy.

Bullshit. You were trying to use the typical Eastern European "excuse" for bad behaviour ( which is "my neighbours steal too" ), got caught doing so and now you're trying to wiggle out.

Poland especially? Eastern Europe is half of Europe. But actually I though that biggest stars in that business are Americans.

If you actually bothered to read what I write you would have noticed that I mentioned most Eastern European girls in the U.S. prn biz are from Czech Republic and Hungary, not Poland. Polish women, on the other hand, are rather well represented amongst London's prostitute population.

I don't know personaly such women. They are not my friends obviously.

Sure, nobody in Poland knows these Polish girls who work the prozzer scene in London.

They must be flying in from Chicago, South America or something.

But maybe you did. If you didn't and you don't, how can you know anything about women in Poland?

Again, if you actually ever took the time to read anything I post here without frothing at the mouth you'd know where I derive my knowledge of Poland and its people from.

Wulkan -

Przeciez on tylko pisze o ogolnej opinii jaka maja polki za granica i co robia, to przeciez wcale nie znaczy ze wszystkie sa takie, musisz miec jakies kompleksy ze Ciebie tak prawda w oczy kole.

Thank you, finally a sensible opinion.

I never claimed to write about all of Poland's female population.

I'm merely stating some facts, that's all. It isn't really a state secret in the UK that Polish women do have a worse reputation than, shall we say, Indian women.

UK, Ireland / Eastern European girls forced against their will in Britain for prostitution? [67]

Because as far as I gathered his mom is Polish?

This is really going down typical street or avenue we've-been-there-before.

Every time there's a discussion about certain facts regarding women from Eastern Europe ( it is a fact that a surprisingly high number of prn girls active in the U.S. come from Eastern Europe ) someone from this area of the world shows up and:

1) Pulls a "yo momma" to intimidate people from Eastern Europe. So for the umpteenth time - when a Polish guy says that a lot of women from Eastern Europe work in brothels in London this has nothing to do with his momma. Also, a given Polish guy's momma has f.u.c.k. all to do with women from Poland/Ukraine/Czech Republic doing pûrn movies in the States or whatever. Why the hell does this "argument" keep returning? Where is the logic?

2) Starts generalising about people who have a different opinion ( I don't date women from Eastern Europe for a variety of reasons so your "theory" is "kula w plot" as they say in Poland ). So take your guessing and shove it up your arse, I'm entitled to my own opinions.

3) Claims that poverty is a good reason to become a prostitute. Interesting morality to say the least.

4) Claims the usual thing and accuses people from the broadly defined Western World of lacking morals, ethics, being promiscous, etc.

Again, based on a weird Eastern European mentality which makes stealing ok as long as your neighbour does it. So it is all good for Eastern European women to be prostitutes in London, because London, you know, isn't really much of a moral town, wink, wink, nudge.

No logic, again.

In regards to this particular argument I also have to say - anyone Polish who uses this argument and considers the "West" bad, please pack your bags, move to Belarus and start writing in bloody Cyrillic.

None of the arguments above make any sense whatsoever, so I will not argue with them.

Bottom line here seems to be that few of the "defenders of virtue" who protect "their" women here have a hard time accepting that a visible number of women from Eastern Europe are materialistic slags.

Why is it that every time someone mentions the suspiciously high number of women from Eastern Europe visible in the pûrn biz/sex biz some Polish chick comes along and throws the "yo momma"?

Seriously, that's very retarded.

Compared to their respective populations many countries from Eastern Europe are home to a surprising number of pûrn stars for example. Not talking about Poland so much now as about Czech Republic, Ukraine or Hungary. It is a well-known fact.

So why the ********?

^^ The title is misleading.

We spent four days with the prostitutes on the street who work on the roadsides between Krakow and Katowice. During that time their pimps tried to beat us up, the girls spit at us for trying to photograph them, and we met Magda and her 17-year-old-daughter. A wholesome team. We gave them coffee and cookies and they told us their story.

"Best" prostitutes in Poland don't work the roadsides. They sit around posh apartments in downtown Warsaw waiting for a call, then they get a taxi and go to the client's place or another swanky apartment in Srodmiescie or Mokotow which serves as a "meeting place".

They are also rarely more than 30 ( the woman from the article is 43 years old ).

These reporters just caught two "tirowki" and wrote down their fairytales.

Ekhm.... Child services anyone?

That "mother" should be facing criminal charges.
