Of course, for the world, the results of German unification were a little bit scary.

Of course....they only used primary math:

one strong unit + another seemingly strong unit = one superstrong unit = scary

But unification of countries/peoples just doesn't work that way.....a good lesson! Could be that Russia will have to learn that too, should it add (former) ukrainian lands and people.

And there is alot more....germanic paganism differs from the native ones in Bolivia...or the latin one, the nordic one or the slavic one, etc....the dates differ, the traditions differ....but at some point Christianity took over, and to make conversion easier they adapted the cherished dates. Even the term "paganism" is a christian one...

Similiar to Easter (origin Equinox) and Christmas (origin Winter Solstice)....I guess the success till today is the sugar coma for the little ones (and grown ups) the West has made of them! :)

I just wish we in Germany would have been asked more often about important questions...maybe I'm projecting....or I need a coffee!

I would call our Scholz gov also left-leaning, but since Russia decided to visit unasked it's neighbour they have become quite the military supporters, ramping up money and plans.

I can't imagine any polish gov becoming now flower-power-hippies! Not in this time and age, with this many hot crises!

Yup....a monster price tag....I really hope it is worth it....but if it is it could prove in the future to have been an important event today in Berlin!

But in the media only Israel and Germany are mentioned....I hope there is Poland and others in the talks too....it would be a great addition to the defenses for all our neighbours!
