Grzegorz Braun extinguishes Hanukkah candles in Polish Parliament

The notorious Konfederacja MP, Grzegorz Braun, used a fire extinguisher today to put down Hanukkah candles in Polish Parliament...



... the incident caused understandable uproar, especially after Braun said: "there can be no place for acts of tribal, wild, talmudic cult on the premises of Sejm", he also added that he was "restoring normality to Sejm by stopping the acts of satanic, racist triumphalism", and he called other members of parliament to a theological debate.

He also managed to spray a woman in the face with the fire extinguisher and could be (should be) facing charges....

Maybe her face was similar to a hanukkah candle. Easily confused.

Sadly Poland gives them (and unbelievably prosecutors and judges too!) immunity.

At risk of sounding like Grunnie, is not Poland the Maiden of Christ?

Well, Jewish culture and religion is a part of the Holiest Rzeczpospolita tradition and the Third Rzeczpospolita considers herself a rightful heir of this highest culmination of human civilisation.

Poland has only one community: Polish citizens. The rest are foreigners who have no business being represented in Sejm in any way.

That was self-defense. It's the bystander who committed an assault by stopping him.
In civilized countries, one does not have a right not to be offended. Offensive speech is exactly why the US has the First Amendment.
