Language / have a sip - Chcesz łyka? [56]

So an you a speak a mostly an English a with an your a wife? in Poland? nice, I don't want to be rude but I have a strange feeling she could be other version of Justysia but more mature. I could understand this if she practise English but from what you have wrote it looks not that way. Another Pole who don't want to be Pole? No wonder you don't speak Polish

chcesz łyką instead chcesz łyka still don't see mistake?
try pronounce these two words - łyka and łyką, still no different?
these two sound completely different and chcesz łyka is a very common sentence. I would be in trouble if spell beach and bitch incorrectly

I correct in his own language. A prime example would be poszłem instead of poszedłem. Keep suckling the teet, tit.

yeah I know you know more Polish than average Pole and definitely more than me. Your 'making' "chcesz łyką" as want a sip made my brain fry, what is the fcukig going on, its like some Pole in UK would try to make such thing just because something sounds a bit similar, just like saying my circus of friends instead of circle of friends. People complain that Poles dont know English in UK and here we have a teacher who made such a basic mistake

Never heard during your 5 years stay 'chcesz łyka'?. Even in pub or home?

Seanus

how can you be for such a long time in Poland and do basic mistakes or dont know the words?
£ycha is A big spoon , łyzka is A spoon, every pole who goes to English speaking country knows these things, you are staying 5 years in Poland , have polish wife, be a teacher and be such an ignorant?

UK, Ireland / Warning to British people visiting Poland!! Don't get drunk and smash the place up! [447]

MAGS1982

you have to be careful when you sip peacefully a pint of lager in some places, some rough people want to drug you to extort your cash, many times hookers are fancy your wallet, that's the part of ex communist Poland past, sold by your ilk to an evil commie soviet basrtads which you never experienced,.This is not a France or Spain .

Just one more thing about hospitals, don't expect English when you abroad.
Europe is not your ex colony, in India you can ask about something in English, when in France or Germany or Spain instead of "how you feel" you will get voule le vous de tuch or pargue bon paa or ws ducht wor walt or skad jestes not fcuking englese

UK, Ireland / Bank transfer from Poland to UK - do I need only IBAN number or SWIFT one as well? [8]

this SWIFT code bothers me most.
How can you obtain swift code of UK bank when there is no info on their website and phone numbers are showing they are based in India probably, so don't wanna pay for UK 0700'/0850's from Poland to ask them about these details and paid for phone call 50 quid.

I don't talk about some snobs or bohemians who thinks its trendy to wear some second hand stuff. Polish people should feel ashamed cos these shops are more common than any other business. They have no pride of themselves, slave mentality.

History / Is Jozef Pilsudski the king of modern Poles? [138]

just before partitions there was unbelievable amount of Germans who became Poles
just like the ones who are descendants of later ( XIX ) wave who bravely fought Nazi Germany in Polish ranks
