Account number
Full name and address of recipient
Swift Code

All I have ever needed however who knows with the way things are done in Polish banks.

Best to take all you can get info wise and then you won't be missing something when you go fill out the form.

this SWIFT code bothers me most.
How can you obtain swift code of UK bank when there is no info on their website and phone numbers are showing they are based in India probably, so don't wanna pay for UK 0700'/0850's from Poland to ask them about these details and paid for phone call 50 quid.

The Polish bank should be able to get it but if they WILL is another story. They don't like to go out of their way to help.

You need both, IBAN and SWIFT.

Also, I use Xendpay.com for transfers between Poland and France, as far as I know they can transfer your money to UK as well,.

I transfer money to the UK with nothing more than the account holder's name and account number and the bank's sort code. They can do it when they want to; you just have to either ask nicely enough or threaten to close your account and move your business elsewhere.

Who even bothers to ask?

Last thing I transferred was payment for a holiday apartment to the UK - selected the appropriate options on the mBank site - voila, they got the exact amount in their account, no fuss at all.

You need both, IBAN and SWIFT

No you don't the swift is in the Iban code. In the Uk you have a sort code which is equal to the swift code.
