Initially, the spirit was to be set during the journey of a critical mass of 30 October, but decided to move the unveiling of the spirit of All Souls' Day on the bike. The Spirit stood at the gate of the Old Cemetery. While the symbolic unveiling of the organizers called for improving the situation on Polish roads, which, according to statistics are the least safe for cyclists in the entire European Union.

It is not pronounced the same.
the letter ł is appearing in words that simply contain that letter, if I only have a time and working microphone i would rec it for you so you could hear that w nad ł are not the same at all.
It first occured in XIV century i think, don't remember why.
