I have a smoker and let me tell you that if you got time,it works well.For me,a working stiff,I don't have the time to smoke meat for 4 hours .

charcoal is the best but when you're in a hurry after work,natural gas or propane is the way to go.

It`s a good idea but how much are you spending on electricity.----Here we use natural gas which is way cheaper to use.

here is how to deep fry beer-----The beer is placed inside a pocket of salty, pretzel-like dough and then dunked in oil at 375 degrees for about 20 seconds, a short enough time for the confection to remain alcoholic.
When diners take a bite the hot beer mixes with the dough in what is claimed to be a delicious taste sensation
sounds good enough to try!!!!!!!

KRAKOW, Poland -- The Chefs from Magillo Pizzeria used 3.5 tonnes of flour to make a 1,000m (1093 yds)-long pizza which sets the new world record for the Longest Pizza.Well---we did accomplish something which goes down in the book for posterity!!!

I guess the only solution is to get some ice packs and freeze them overnight,then carry them with you during the day whenever you want an ice cold drink.I use them when I go shopping and they last for hours.

I am looking for a recipe for a polish style drink... I know that it's made with Spirytus, Apple Juice, Cinnamon and Sugar, and that it's served in shot glasses and goes by the name of [b][b]Apple Pie Shotz. I have the ingredients but wonder if anyone out there knows how much of each ingredient and if it needs to sit for a while after it's made. My husband makes mioduwka, so I kinda know how it goes, but thought to reach out for help. Dziekuje, Lusia.

Traditional bagel is sprinkled with poppy-seeds. Today, sellers offer a whole variety of them; apart from poppy-seed there are also sesame seed, rock salt and even pizza sprinkles.

I have 6 bottles from when it was still available in Poland and I was able to bring them back.They are pół-litrówki and from one bottle I can make a full litre of regular vodka.
