Actually, back to the question about a dance class... I've done irish dancing so i feel bad for my polish half. does anyone know where they have lessons?
In the summer they do have some lessons in grant park, maybe ill have to con a guy friend to go with me this summer (failed last summer...)

Healthy Polish recipies? Most of them are not...
Does anyone know any Polish recipes that are healthy? Everything that I know how to make definitely isn't... (my polish grandma also eats lard sandwiches so I don't think having her being my teacher helped :-) )

Life / Grandma's Day in Poland [5]
I had stumbled on that January 21st is Grandma's Day and I noticed I marked it on my calender. It was from a list of polish holidays. I have never celebrated it before, does anyone know anything about how to celebrate? I was thinking just sending a card or something to my grandmother because she would enjoy it. Let me know if there is anything in particular that is usually done!
