mamdom.com in spite of all prices of real estate going down, are among the only ones who saw some imaginary 22% rise of prices (!?!?) in Lublin and Krakow... which brings big questions about the validity of this website

One british guy who bought few apartments in 2007 in Wroclaw, cutted down the prices, just to sell them now in 2009 but:

- he cutted the prices already by 40% loss, and still NOBODY is buying
- he said that all statistics in newspapers are LIES, because the market will go down another minus 50% before somebody actually starts buying apartments in Poland

Of course, where are the big interests? Of course, the interest is that the large banks and the large corporations owning thousands of unsold apartaments, to get rid of them at huge bubble inflated current prices.

Like for example 600 000 zl for few walls in a big coffin (like many of the
new buildings really are).

95% of the newly built apartments in Cracow are empty !!!

They look like ghost-towns.

The price of building a block of flats it is about 15% of the price the developers are selling at.

Developers like the very agressive Avalon here... who is desperate at losing his profits when he cannot find any more suckers

Any report made by a real estate agency, at any month, any time of any year, will always have the same "conclusion":

"Now it is the best time to buy a property blablabla"

Because real estate agencies will go bankrupt if people would not be brainwashed
at buying all the time.

However, people are starting to use their own head, and prices of the highly bubble inflated real estate in Krakow are falling down crashing at a high speed.

Further fallings in prices are expected at a rate of between 30% and 60% before the end of 2011

They learned that with well chosen lies, you can brainwash many naive people into thinking that it is actually normal for a person to pay 2000 zl every MONTH for HIS ENTIRE LIFE (next 35 years) just for few walls...

The cost of building is around 500 ZL / sq.m., but the greedy developers sell it at 12 000 ZL / sq.m.

milky I thought you words are expressing very accurately the situation, and how the developers desperate for money are lying to everyone and paying large adverts in newspapers to sustain their own lies... and that's why I copied and posted your words on Krakowpost

As everyone can see, Avalon is just a developer without a job, who can't sell his apartments because he is too greedy, and instead of finally slashing down the prices, he posts on the forums thousands of posts everyday, insulting everyone who isn't interested in buying overpriced bubbled apartments...
