No, a blind guy can't get a CCW license in Illinois - even if the law says so.

To get a CCW license, you have to get a certificate from a qualified training facility to certify that you are a reasonably good shooter.

Guess what, expert...I just talked to a place like this 5 minutes ago and the guy told me that they would absolutely and positively reject a blind applicant for "safety reason". Period. No exceptions.

No certificate, no license. Period again...
