Yeah,Spot on! I have watched those guys pour Guinness or other stouts very slowly to minimise the head and then pour even more slowly and skim off any excess froth....

Guinness and other stouts need a head as that is the creaminess that offsets the bitter beer.Not too much and not too little.

You total moron.We were much wealthier in the capitalist west than you were in the communist east when we were both growing up.
My dad kept sending goods to his brother in Poland to help them get by.

Utter bollox! It depends on how you pour it.

I keep all my beers in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving

Beer should NEVER be put in the freezer as it loses all it's flavour.

Your just plain ignorant about beer and havent a clue, Foamboy!

I have to agree, this guy just does not understand beer at all!!!

I have to say that I mainly drink English beer, I recommend Abbot Ale from Green King and London Pride from Fullers.These are darker beers than most found in Europe and are served cool but not chilled.Don't believe stories about "Warm English Beer",but in the summer I do enjoy a cold lager, the only Polish one I actually quite like is Lech,the rest are very average.The Czech Republic makes much better lagers than Poland, especially the original Budweiser, much better than that American crap of the same name.

Germany, Denmark,The Netherlands, Belgium and France are also great beer producers.My favourites are Stella Artois from Belgium and Kronenbourg from France.

But google best beers in Europe and you will find that most come from the UK and Germany.

two Poles walked by me - one speaking in Polish. The only word I heard clearly was "kurwa".

Happens to me all the time....we have a lot of Poles living in my area and almost every other word is "kurwa" and they are too cheap to go to the pub for a nice drink, so they buy cheap booze from the corner shop and gather on the corner to smoke and drink.Never cause any trouble, but leave a ton of mess behind.

You are imagining things as usual. You didn`t encounter any Poles. You didn`t hear their conversation.

You are in denial as usual, Poles are always perfect in your book....... listen. I love Polish people and culture, but some of them are scumbags!

Part of the problem of being part of Polonia and not knowing Polish is that you fall behind the news cycle.

You make the same mistake as Pawian by making huge assumptions.

I fully understand that the relationship between Poland and Hungary has changed recently, but I believe that in the long term it will survive.
