Poland to officially demand $1.32 trillion WW2 reparations from Germany [457]
PiS is pretty openly trying to subordinate the judicial branch to the governing party
Well isn't that broadlly speaking - making it more like the German system?
would you be happy after PiS loses if the winning party does exactly as they are doing?
That is not the issue here! The issue here is that system in Poland is build to protect communits from being sued. So the legal system has a build in a body that controls courts and judges and those judges are above the law, common sense and is imposible to put a judge behind the bars even if it obvous he is a part of mafia or his ruling are crminally insane.
In Germany judges don't have immunity like in Poland and politcians are constatly elcted to its board and high counrt and so on. They can be put on trial if someone has issues with their ruling!
Last but not least the EU has not bussies butting in into Polish internal issues, that is breaking EU treaties!
I know how PiS attempts to subjugate the judiaciary
You know what German propgadna tells you. Be a good German and buy into it if you want. One thing is certain you are not going to tell me what should be done in Poland. Let me know if you got it - loud and clear?
