A lot of digital nomads (meaning ex or part time teachers who do other stuff) go to Thailand or Cambodia now.

Poland is good for internet connection, but not a cheap place to live any more with taxes etc.

You can mush them into a paste, spread the paste out thinly, dry it slowly and cut up into very nice sweets. Dried, they're also a good alternative to raisins.

They make decent pies but unfortunately have a lot of pollen.


You'd definitely need sugar.
