Most doctors offices are closed and on public holidays.But like AdamPole said there are "Urgent Care"& "Doctors Office" that are open from 7 Am to 10PM.I always get my Free Covid test done there to travel.In Poland you can go to a hospital emergency.Man how is your wound healing?

Last time I had that coffee somewhere in old town in a little cafe where we had that "kopi luwak" (I think thats what it is called)for 88pln a cup.LOL tasted like sh/it to me,still prefer homemade or dunkin donuts coffee.Starbucks and others suck for me.

I havent had those for ages.I cant have tea just too light for a kick.Coffee with milk is good for me to wake up,now they have all those blends like Vanilla,Hazelnut etc kills the coffee for me.Coffee Tea is served in cafes in Poland is in those ceramic cups,I hate that,always have to ask for paper cup as it gets cold so quick.

Not really,I think most Tesla buyers do it for fun,I dont know about other brands.If it was to to save money on fuel they will never overpay for the car.Its just fun to drive it.Now why would an idiot pay 20k for a used branded car then buy a new car for the same price,which probably has more toys.Those cars dont even have a back up camera,which is standard now in every model.Gone are the days when they use to charge extra for power seats.power windows or power steering.

Most cars do around 300 miles to a full tank,problem is charging takes so much time,even with super charger.I sold mine after 2/3 years to a guy who goes to Canada from NJ,often has to stop for at least 1/2 hour(including driving to a charger sometimes as most are on the rest area) at least to charge,and its only 575 miles.I really liked the falcon wing doors.Cyber truck battery is going to last over 500 miles and now I read somewhere maybe over 600 miles,not so bad.Remember you dont have to charge fully to go almost cpl 100 miles.Sometimes I miss it though,what pi/ssed me was that during software upgrade one day for auto self driving,one has to touch the wheel every minute or so(I forgot).Basically Tesla took off the responsibility of any accidents caused by it and put it on the driver

Maybe those days,not now with them smart TVs,no DVD & CD players.Most were decorated with prized items to show off.I wonder if its called "wall unit".They made the already small flat look smaller taking so much space,they are also popular in eastern Europe.Not much popular in Poland but Eastern countries was/is hanging carpets on the wall.I would laugh at that but realized its a norm in this part of the world.

I am not saying all landords are good,there are some ass holes also,but in this case the landlord came down with the insurance surveyor.I think he did work to call insurance make appointment suitable to tenant, the agent and him himself,what more can one expect.Also he is paying for Insurance.


You mean let him off some rent and apologize?????Why should the landlord do that???whats his fault,in fact the tenant should thank the landlord for being nice and taking the matter seriously.

If the damage was so serious then the insurance company would even provide alternative place to stay.Everything is been done by the law here except the tenant,cuz he pays rent wants a VIP treatment.He can leave if his lease is up by giving notice.Imagine renting a car and it breaks down,the company sends you a new car no matter if you wasted 2 hours waiting in -10 degrees.Tenant should buy his own place,if he cant afford or whatever the reason should learn to live with the system.

Thats why he pays insurance premium.If it was that urgent,insurance company will do that ASAP as its there problem too.The insurance surveyor came and estimated the damage so the company knows better how urgent is the problem,no matter what these suitcase tenants scream.Building department will come and condemn the flat otherwise.


Because it is not,these freaking residential tenants expect 7 star hotel service.I would have given him benefit of doubt if the landlord wouldnt have come with the insurance guy.


Yeah also should give him 50% notariusz deed of the flat.Dont you see that is what the tenant wants from the landlord, a freaking rabat from rent.

None of those cars attract me.I test drove Ghibli but the interior is so cheap with made in china class plastic.Since NJ weather is almost like Poland,my first rule of the thumb is that a car has to be AWD & ABS,then its the height.It all depends what you want to use the car for,how long you want to keep it for,maintenance costs ,will it be garaged or parked outside.

My dream car changes with time and technology,now I am dying for Cyber truck.

In Poland depends on the tenant and his relation to me.If he is good ill get it fixed in 12 hrs,and claim from insurance later and from the owner above the flat.in case of an ass hole paying late rent with too much loud mouth ,let him live with it and deal with the process,he(tenant cant do chi/t anyway beside court(costs him)I am a nice landlord but politeness dont mean weakness,if they try to abuse you,you fuc/k em if they polite you do ya best for them..Law and muscle is plan B & c.


Nope he cannot,building/flat has to be declared by the authorities,tenant is not the judge,landlord and autjhorities are the judge.He can try but he will loose.Until he gets seriously hurt like loose his arm leg or penis lol,still insurance will take months if not years in court.

Yes,but mine are commercials,they try too like fix the AC,doors etc but I have 777 umowa so its there ass lololol only tenant I would obey here is Jeronimo Martins,but they pay without problems in time and anyway its a ground lease.Restaurants screamd a lot during covid but I started checking there water bill and they were in fact making money on covid more then before,Its the residential trash tenants who bit/ch most,thats why I have none,just sold the one I had

Man I drove 7 series once drunk,the car like literally kissed the road,got pulled over but the PBA card worked and they told wife to drive ,I still remember was 2004 I think and they had all those details(stocks,speed etc)under the car windscreen like they have those running news in the bottom of new channels on TV.I was impressed then.But BMWs are crap in the States.

I wont even in USA,lol those days of caddy eldorado are long gone:)I hate American cars,I only had 2 and I crashed Jimmy GMC in 1999.American cars are crap,they are/were comfi but fall apart quick.Now worst German car in US is BMW,I think they are now made in Mexico for the US market and in 2/3 years expensive problems start.(But they are very reliable and durable in Europe).Only American vehicle I trust is tesla(maintenance free).

I didnt either,but as I get old I want that.Like Toyotas Landcruiser and lexus LX570 are 99% same except for the Lexus symbol and you pay over 20k more for that,same with lexus NX and RX are similar to Toyotas rav 4 and Highlander,its nothing to show off but the feeling of driving that car.and the comfort People have way more expensive cars then them.Maybe Mazur can explain why he is so proud of his 20 YO car then.

Cars with status are way expensive,these cars just give you a different feeling. as we say.Mercedes E class is for economical people,S class for sophisticated people and C class for cheap people.Most normal people cannot even judge a car,just that its Mercedes.But YES in Poland cars are a status symbol.I even remember when delph made a joke about me travelling in trams and buses here.

No,JR,timeis are changing rather changed now.As i land in the US i get a feeling of landing in a third world.At EWR airport they put those I pad kind of things on every seat that you can order your food/aalcohol,pay there and someone will deliver your ,this time I saw almost 50% were not working already,the charging outlets by them are also not working.At JFK as you come out of the plane the carpet is old and worn out,gum stains on the side walk and those Jamaicans trying to hussle i you to get in there illegal cab to rip you.Pot holes on streets,and those ugly electric/cable wires hanging on almost every road.Lately NJMV dept relaxed car inspection laws for people with broken windshields,mirrors,bumpers are all over.Now in NJ they only inspect for emissions and you are good for 2/3 years.

I really can see the change,just like I use to see Poland developing after 2004.
