As I've said, it's up to sports governing bodies to decide if the gender assigned at birth gives an unfair physical advantage, not outsiders. Issues like people who are intersex (I'm thinking about Castor Semenya) have already been addressed. The decisions may suit some and not others however since sports governing bodies exist to regulate sports competitions, that's something they do not lack experience in.
