Dude the serbs have no power. Even the poles don't because they're overwhelming conservative so the Dems dont have much of a relationship aside from a token visit during taste of polonia. Poles are leaving the city in droves. It's kind of sad because all the areas that were majority polish are now like 90% Hispanic with only a few babcie left and the old neighborhood church.

Back in the day Belmont was a sea of red and white on may 3 with the young dudes doing sideshows in their ricers, everyone partying it was grea. The clubs used to packed every weekend with poles and the few odd Latinos hoping to grab a hot polish girls. Then it turned to like half and half. Now poles are a minority in the old areas - even Belmont, Jefferson Park, portage park all those old neighborhoods. Yeah I go to x sport and it's the same. I use to go to lifetime because theres a lot of rich desperate housewives just begging for it but that ran its course. These women have everything from their husbands man - purses worth thousands of dollars, Porsche SUVs, huge homes and they don't do anything but drink wine and go to Zumba or yoga classes yet they still cheat on their husbands all the time. Their husbands probably know but they keep it on the DL since they're likely doing the same thing. They're decent looking though like their face is okay but their bodies are rockin because of all the time they spend working out.

X sport is a lil different there it's more of a younger crowd. Lot of yuppies. The girls there imo are better looking and younger but they're more prude and materialistic. Yeah I noticed fruits (except for apples) can be a bit pricey in the supermarket. Thankfully the babcia always provides food so I'll never go hungry. But if I don't want to hear about not being married yet and other complaints I'll have to dole out the cash to eat out or buy food.

Most of the fruit and probably vegetables in the USA is imported from Mexico. Some things are grown locally but the market seems to dictate that importing much fruit and vegetables is more efficient

Any city where an expat doesnt speak the language is going to be more expensive as it's simply harder to find out good deals. Actually some of the most expensive cities in the world for expats are in *********. I.e. Luanda in Angola which consistently ranks in the top for most expensive city for expats

As far as w Europe like Germany, France, UK though, well any city (basically most major cities) that have been inundated with massive amounts of kebab and other turd worlders have become ugly. Certain parts look more like the middle East than Europe. Thankfully Poland isn't like that

I'm not a big fan of Warsaw either. I prefer wroclaw, Krakow, the tri cities, zakopane, etc.
Poznan, lodz and Bialystok are kind of a ******** too. Asidee from some of the tourist spots like pajac kultury it's nothing special imo. But for students it's great lot of nightlife, great unis, lot of young people, etc.

Living there is still far more affordable than most western eu cities relative to wages.

That's one thing I absolutely love about Poland and Europe. The fruit is the way it should be. Meanwhile in the USA a strawberry is almost the size of an apple and most of it is just water. It annoys me whenever I go to the supermarket and see this weird frankenfood that literally looks like an experiment gone wrong. A real strawberry should be small, sweet and not look like two strawberries mashed together into one.

If you're an Indian dude working in IT in Poland you'll be fine. It'll cost you more to get around not knowing Polish but English is common in the cities. But since you'll be making more than the average Pole you'll still be able to save money.

Depends on who you get. In general, 'outsiders' even Poles and other Europeans don't get the best treatment at government facilities. Especially if the person helping you is some old lady who grew up through PRL years.

It's ridiculous. They remind me of toddlers who like bump their head or scrape a knee, wait like one second to get a reaction, then start wailing. Man dudes who play football, rugby or any contact sports (the only real sports) will dislocate their knees or shoulders or get hit so hard they can't stand up and never do they make the same reaction. They'll give a thumbs up hobble away and not one second of faking injury which is the worst kind of attention seeking.

I'd recommend the anchor with pw. Also I strongly recommend tatting where your bones are where there isn't a lot of muscle or fat i.e. ribs, back, shoulders as it won't wear and sag as you age. The Polish eagle I got on my back looks just as good as it did over 10 years ago when I got it. Also i wouldn't recommend getting a large expensive elaborate piece as one of ur first tats.

Also re polish eagle it's not that it's a bad idea, it's just that so many polish dudes have them. I mean I can count several of my friends who have the same damn tat as me. I personally prefer pieces that are truly unique. A polish eagle tat to me falls into like the same category as like tribals, white people getting Japanese symbols, tramp stamps etc
